If he's "completely honest", he's SUPPOSED TO BE "a hater". Why wouldn't he "hate" someone trying to scam him or get him to be apart of a scam? Calling someone "a hater" simply because they don't like what/who you do is weak. 😅😅😅
Absolutely, he calls it as he sees it, sometimes that results in him indeed being a huge hater, but imho that's the side effect of being so straightforward, he doesn't always have all the facts even when he think he does. We've all been there at some point, he just does not care enough to change. Therefore I think most people have to admit that he's always true to his opinion and will not give you a fake persona and in the meantime thinking different behind your back. As someone who is not easily offended I vibe with that type of people, but I also understand that for some it's not easy listening to someone with their opinion so much out in the open. And that's valid too, in some instances our first opinion is wrong and it's considered proper behavior to not share it in order to avoid being offensive or just plain ignorant. Joe doesn't care about any of that because he knows that no one is obligated to listen to him. Hence in my opinion you are right he is one of few very honest voices in hip-hop.
Envy is like that friend or relative you have who is trying to reel you in on a “new business opportunity”. And of course it sounds goofy from the beginning so you decline. Then they get mad that you’re so “negative” and “critical” of their business opportunity. After awhile, they themselves stop promoting that business opportunity and no longer want to talk about it. Problem is, Envy promoted the hell out of it and there’s tons of evidence.
My girlfriends dad once hit me with one of those business opportunities. He was xanned out and described a bank heist. I had the same reaction. He was serious too. He swore it would work. I was like uhhhh yea sure oh wait I’m getting a phone call be right back

Envy seems like a hard working and diligent guy. He also seems like someone who thinks they are a little smarter than they are. The fact that it took budden a quick conversation to sniff that out while envy was running around doing his best stringer bell impersonation says a lot.

You've got those people in the industry that know the hip hop culture very well, even the history. But then they try to veer out of their lane into areas like finance, business, and politics pretending to know what they're talking about and just fall flat making a fool out themselves.

@@kwaseb There is plenty of circumstantial evidence. He's not going to endorse for free. I don't think anyone is naive enough to believe that. He has stated on many occasions they are doing business. Their offices were next to each other only after they started working (or endorsing). There is plenty for indictment as indictments are easy. I doubt he would want to take his chance in court.
