Easy integration of IO-Link device parameters into the GSDML file of ifm IO-Link masters

The GSDML generator is the first tool from the new moneo configure PLC toolbox.
The tool enables a GSDML file of the ifm IO-Link masters of the AL14xx series to be extended by parameters of IO-Link devices in order to greatly simplify the setup and configuration in a PLC programming software (e.g. Siemens TIA Portal / S7-Classic).
