The best video out there for HaloPSA implementation! Thank you for putting these together.
A question for you. If we wanted to show covered users either by Contract (covered users) or by Line item, how do we list those? I was unable to locate the $VARIABLE to do so. Is there a setting or place to incorporate that? We want to show for example, Managed User line item and then list those users on the invoice for the customer. TIA!

There are many ways to do this, your BEST option is to do it with a report embedded into the PDF Template for the invoice (assuming you're sending out from Halo - which you should be.)
