As someone who plays mlb the show a lot. I go position by position and organize my roster. All the young guys are AA for sure if they have decent potential. They deserve to have playing time over 31year old D potential players
FYI, Joe Barlow (in your bullpen) is crazy this game. Just set and forgot him as closer of my Oakland A's save and he's 3x Reliever of the Year, all sub 2.00 ERA. I'd recommend throwing him in as at least the Setup man
Kenny you need to get 2 scouts who are good at pitchers set them the to 2 regions for 7 weeks then switch to the other two regions so you scout every starting pitcher, then get a scout who is good at position players and pitxhers and have them scout people you are interested in, hope this helps best way to scout in MLB

You should check waivers every once in a while. I've gotten some good players out of that, at least some decent players to hold over some positions during the rebuild
In the future you can sign relievers with high stamina for essentially free, move them to starting pitcher, and their OVR will go up by like 10

If you ever get a bad pinpoint on a slider or curveball and don’t want to hang it, just wait on the release timing and purposefully release it late so it’ll be in the dirt
Kenny just so you know, wins and losses for pitchers is not a stat that reflects how good a pitcher is. It’s very dependent on the offense giving them run support so you can have an amazing season but have no run support, therefore earning losses even if you give up 1-2 runs

I would try looking at the OPS stat for looking at how good each hitter is doing! AVG doesn't really show how good they are playing, so this may help with building a winning team!

Kenny pro tip for base running. If the ball is getting down the ai will automatically have them run. So be on the look out for that!
