Elizabeth Sidiropoulos, South African Institute of International Affairs spoke at the BRICS and the Re-Shaping of International Development Policy roundtable event which took place in South Africa, between 18-21 March 2013. The event was organised by the DFID-funded Rising Powers in International Development Programme, based at IDS, and the South African Institute for International Affairs (SAIIA).
