Why in UK the international transfer is still permitted while there's no exit passport checkpoint? Unlike the US which there's no international transit & exit border.

I wish every Airport throughout the world must open an Help desk to help passengers where passengers can avail the services of Airport Terminal guides to help passengers to connect to the correct Terminal since it will help the passengers from the Hassle of knowing the topography of a new Airport Language problems and so on I think it should be a regular feature like all the Airports have well chair assistants for seniors and also Porters for carrying heavy luggage.

Your video is so informative. I will be transiting at Heathrow T5 in Sept. BWI-LHR-IST on BA. Both flights will be in T5. Connection time is 1hr15min. Is it enough by your experience?
such a randsom question but im flying by myself and will be going though this on my own. do i have to re claim my bags ans re check them in because my flights are twop different companies?
Will be doing connection to Amsterdam end of this month, panicking quite a bit from all the turns and here and there ,previous flights were at Istanbul gotta say it's more convenient, but thanks for the informative video ,wish u could have kept it until you reach the gate but I guess this would do
this is helpful...so basically if you had only a transit at heathrow from any of terminals no need a transit visa..?

Hello mates I need your help please, I have my flight conection through Heathrow airport and from arrivals I have to trasnfer to terminal 2 or 3 my question is when you go from this point to terminals 2 or 3 you pass passport control or not? you go directly to lounges areas? When you transfer, you don’t go through passport control. But whether you need a visa or not depends on your nationality, among other factors. It has nothing to do with the fact that you don’t go through passport control when you transfer at Heathrow.

Does the shuttle service run during midnight/early morning hours? I am reaching T2 at 4:30ish in the morning. I have my flight at 8:30. What other options would you suggest?
The shuttle service is for connecting passengers only. No flights land at LHR at 4:30 am.
Sorry, I think you didn't understand me. My flight is at 8:30 am at terminal 4. I am travelling from Swansea to Heathrow terminal 2/3. I will reach Heathrow terminal 2/3 at 4:30 am. I want to know options to reach terminal 4 from terminal 2/3 at this time.
