Hi Ben I always used to make my own paste trout pellets 2 eggs mix in hot water leave in fridge over night then need together great video keep them coming thanks for sharing 🐟👍
Sonubaits do a fibre paste wich is designed for rod use and it stays on the hook (strike through the paste) where as the one to one paste is designed for pole fishing. Also id suggest using a size 10 hook (if rules allow) and use bigger bits of paste also let the paste set your float dont put shot on that way when your paste comes off the float will lay flat on the surface. Good luck
Hi Ben I use a guru elasticated method feeder with F1 2mm pellets and Marukyu jelly pellets hook bait. I put 2 jelly pellets on a hair rig, 6mm to 10mm pellets. Killer combination. I get the Marukyu pellets off eBay.
@@boiliebencarpfishing I use that combination all the time now, absolutely fantastic baits. Marukyu pellets are made with Japanese Sea weed, the carp go mad on them. I buy them in bulk off ebay, you can't buy them in shops.
its much easier to fish with a pole and you can fish it much softer than your using the F1 is very good also the floats are generally a lot lighter .3 or .5 of a gm I use a short length of tungsten rig tube about 5 inches from the hook and I leave a small tag on the main line loop this holds the tubing
Hi Ben, maybe a bit of "Centrepin" - with just a Porcupine float, I do it all the time & it's great fun on commercials!!

Thank you for watching, eggs sounds a good idea as a binder

Sounds good, I’ve not heard of Marukyu before, I’ll look them up

You don't need any shot on your line. Let the paste pull the floor down and when the pace comes off, your float will lift up.
I did try cheese paste once , was a bit like uncooked pastry , not very successful unfortunately
Not sure I’ll bother with paste, for me it’s a bit like bread, I worry there’s nothing on the hook!
