Fiocchi 115gr was the ammo that I shot through the GX2 that most of. 250 rounds with no failures what so ever. Other ammos were CCI Blazer, Remington, Hornady, federal and Sig and had no issues at all! Seems they have solved the bullet profile problem. But I have seen this same issue with Canik's choking on CCI Blazer specifically.
GX2: Next Gen G-Series Not really. The Millennium series with the G2 has been gone for a long time now. The GX series is suppose to replace the G series. The G series SA/DA restrike started with the G2c sub compact on through the G3s. The GX series SAO started with the GX4 micro compact on to the larger GX4 line, now the GX2 line of sub compacts and maybe even larger compacts. "And also forgoes the tritium night sights that Glock, Smith and Wesson and Springfield insist on putting on their pistols despite the slightly glowey dots don't improve low and no light shooting success at all." That is your opinion. I prefer the Tritium day/night sights and they do indeed improve low and no light shooting for me.
@@selfresponder6043 Correct the trigger stayed the same but you are wrong on the series. The Millennium series was discontinued and has been for a long time. The G2 Millennium is not part of the G series but was part of the Millennium series. There is no Millennium label with the G2c. Two separate series even if they have the same model number PT111 so don't combine them. The G2 is not the G2c. Features were changed and parts were upgraded from the G2 to the G2c. The G2 was discontinued due to sear blocks breaking. The sear block was corrected, safety lock was removed, stippling and logos changed, and slide rail widths were increased on the G2c from the previous G2.
I am sorry but if you cannot see that the G2C was a direct descendant of the Millennium G2 and barley, if at all, an upgrade then you really need to have your eyes checked@@rbm6184. I see people misrepresenting Taurus a lot and I don't expect it from someone who's considered knowledgeable in the firearm industry.
Well done, Taurus. 👍
Good review
@@MrBuckeye63 Thank you!
Does it jam with fiocchi?
Similar taurus pistols will not function with certain profile 9mm bullets.
