You can use a KVM for effortlessly switching between devices
I do the same to optimise but one suggestion, try to switch between Mac-mini and Windows by using windows with monitor using HDMI cable and Mac mini thru usb or vice versa. That way u don't need to reconnect monitor,just simply change it 4m ur monitor.

But 1 thing marked that your setup looks good but small things ruined your desk setup that first of all that mouse pad which is too small for your mice.
Idk how you manage to work with that mouse pad but try to upgrade your mouse pad so you can get more comfortable while working on applications building projects.
How do you keep yourself disciplined and get work done?
