One of my insecurities is I'm fat. I am type 1 diabetic, my pancreas doesn't work at all. So I'm on a insulin pump so insulin actually makes you gain weight. So I feel like when I get dressed sometimes I look to big. I don't show my arms at all because I'm big, and I also wear a CMG sensor on my arm and I don't want to get attention. I know I'm not ugly. But I don't feel pretty sometimes
Have you tried keto?? I have a friend that was diabetic severely and when she increased natural oils and eliminated carbs or sugar her insulin stabilized on its own. I would be curious to see if that could work for you too! And thank you for sharing that with us. Sending you love xoxo
