    It’s a racist country and people. Not only is there no Black coach in the Premier League, but there is also no Black referee, not even a Black linesman or assistant referee. The discrimination is as simple as that. You could basically say this is true in most European countries.

    • @saffy4352
      @saffy4352 Місяць тому

      Definately, the race discrimination and prejudice exist in British recruitment. He's brave to say this. It's evident in many other industries away from football.

      @@Marcthered You, yourself, ought to explain how many Black premier league managers are there in the premier league compared to white managers, and why? And how many black referees are there compared to white referees? My comment was based on the fact of what Dwight Yorke himself has explained in the video. He experienced it firsthand, but he said he is not going to quit. He also mentioned that Andy Cole also wanted to coach but he opted against it because the outcome is already known. If you really want to have a mutual respect, I welcome that. Otherwise, the only reason you are opening your mouth wide open and regard the actual fact as a nonsense is because you are corrupted as the biased and corrupt system of your government, which is there to profit the privileged white people. You’re hiding behind a corrupt system, otherwise you would have understood that you bleed the same blood as any person who has a life. I suggest you find Jesus, and study the Bible because I am not worried about how you feel towards others but i want to use this opportunity and share with you that Jesus is the only reason that would enable you to open your eyes and understand what is wrong with humanity.

      @nealefrancis9094 Vierra was youth team manager at Man City, then went on to New York and Nice before getting to Crystal Palace and had to go abroad to get another chance at managing Salsburg. Paul Ince did the leg work at Milton Keynes, Blackburn Rovers, Macclesfield, Reading, and some other low tier team. The point is that black managers are not given the same jobs like Lampard to Chelsea x2 with no other experience. You may not like to admit it, mate, but it's just good old-fashioned racism, and Dwight Yorke has the balls to say it on camera. Here's a fun football quiz question: What other black managers can you name from the entire history of the Premier League? Ruud Gullit, Vincent Company... the fact that you have to think so hard about the answer is the point.

    Even for the refs too. I had to wait til last season to see a black central referee. The south east Asian community is also suffering from unfairness in UK ⚽️
