    Just heard JC died. Few of the great Chicago bluesmen left, and he was one of the best. All-time great harp player. RIP, or deal with the devil!

    Лаконичный кантри-блюз от одного из самых знаменитых виртуозов блюзовой гармоники, Джеймса Коттона. (Альбом 1996 года Deep In The Blues.) Его харп в компании гитары и контрабаса , звучит просто неотразимо. К сожалению Коттон, в первой половине 90-х, перенес несколько операций на горле, что не могло не сказаться на его голосе...

    Yeah! No princípio foi o Blues...! :-)
    and in fact, the primitive blues, until the 50s, 60s, are my favorites ones.
    thanks for the commentary!

    I have been unfaithful by sleeping with my ex, considered the devil by my wife. She no longer loves me today and this song speaks to me so much. That's what I heard.

    Obrigado!

    In fact, almost all music should be heard without the use of images (except those which are provided in their own musical work).
    Now, UA-cam, leads to the incorporation of images and the freedom to be able to use whatever we want.

    @JosePedroMoutinho Isto é raro, os Portugueses não costumam ter a sensibilidade precisa para gostar de Blues (sensibilidade = soul)

  • @JosePedroMoutinho
    @JosePedroMoutinho  13 років тому

    @3SkatingLibras
    Realmente, é necessário uma certa sensibilidade, mas talvez hajam mais portugueses a gostar de blues do que eu pensava. Em parte, por "culpa" do prórpio blues que é contagiante pela empatia que produz no ouvinte "ablusado". Apesar de muitos compararem o "blues" ao "fado", não acho que o sentimento seja o mesmo. O fado é mais "fatalista" e melancólico.

    • @2696ize
      @2696ize 9 років тому

      flurry17171717 You can play it on a D harp, because the song is in the key of D, that would be 1st position. I play it on a G harp, 2nd position. He might be playing in 1st, but I'm pretty sure he's playing in 2nd. But anyway, Cotton is great !

    • @cyclodizzan1035
      @cyclodizzan1035 9 років тому

      +flurry17171717 The song is in A, he's playing a D harp in 2nd position aka "crossharp".

    • @2696ize
      @2696ize 9 років тому

      flurry17171717 You're right, 2nd position is on a D harp for this.

    Actually I probably understand more about it then you realize, hence my "bold" and informed opinion. Don't take it personally though it wasnt meant as an insult to you or your effort in putting up the song, I'm glad you did I haven't heard that version before. Personally though I think this song more about a man dealing with a hornery woman then the actual devil

      its clearly about a women who treats him like shit .... listen to it lol

  • @JosePedroMoutinho
    @JosePedroMoutinho  13 років тому

    @SteveCounsel
    If they are stupid for you, it's perhaps because you don't know its history and its significance in art history. Ignorance is bold, like you.
    My intention is to share on UA-cam a few songs that I like, removing it pleased, without having someone bothering me or anyone who wants to be aggressive.
    I request that you stop commenting my videos.

  • @JosePedroMoutinho

    @SteveCounsel
    It seems clear that the letter speaks of a woman. It would be too obvious to put women to highlight the song (or maybe not, depending on the women), but would be given an interpretation much more Jewish-Christian that always linked the evil with the woman - an idea with which I disagree.
