The horse identifier only checks the chip number? I thought they were still supposed to check the color & markings, as a backup, just in case, but that identifier just got the number on the reader and compared it to the info he had on his tablet, never again looing at the horse.

The tablet had the pictures with colors and markings on it. He showed it to me at one point
