Isn't the theme for the skins that edg are known as the silver dragons in the LPL?

also the world's theme was blue white and dragonic like the jarvan skin tat came out during finals

It's nice that it comes across as what could just be another skin line, as opposed to whatever team won just putting their branding all over a champ that ends up not looking the best

@@tchaipo9179 all the ig skins are, and all the champs they have skins for are fun, i can imagine IG's skins being the most popular pro skinline, fiora/camille/rakan/lb, those aren't just champs that are meta for a few months and then disappear, they're all pretty popular

For me, the best skins were those that actually depicted the champions in pro player attires (i.e. tpa, skt1 first and second iteration).
I mean, teams pick the themes and stuff, so maybe EDG wanted to go for that freeze stuff
where is the freeze stuff, all i see is vaguely translucent things that are more haze and fog. I don't see anything frozen related?

EDG's colours are black and white, jerseys dont mean much, its like the FNC black and silver worlds jersey.

Is to try and keep their teams colour looking similar. Black and White skins will be awkward on SR and could cause clarity issues. Riot uses colours very similar to B&W but not exactly. Silver also works the best here since EDG are known as the Silver Dragon Knights.

Its basically what Bassline said, when they were making the IG skinline, riot said that black and white don't work on summoner's rift so they use replacements that are close.

they went for silver blue here because of the “knights of the silver dragon” thing they have in the lpl
I can't deny the quality of these skins, but they feel so generic compared to the earlier worlds skins. Like Riot is just taking some shelved skin line idea and using them as worlds skins.

I love the Aphelios and Viego. The Graves is okay. The Zoe doesn't thrill me. The Yummi looks HORRIBLE. That has got to be one of the ugliest world skins ever. Riot has had years of experience and that's what they came up with?

True that, nothing came close. Color scheme is nice and unique, models and animations are very clean. The feathers add a nice touch to them.

Don't know why the skins are blue. EDG colors are black, white and red.
Sr for late, bc two times EDG won international (MSI 2015 & World 2021) the color theme is blue, "blue rain" is just iconic with EDG fan. And the silver is bc they're often called "silver dragon knight"

Bruh if this splash art was released without the title “ EDG skins “ no one would know they were edg skins. It doent look like a team skin more like a new skin line. But the skins look great

they also have had blue confetti and stuff in the lpl
they almost did it, indie company riot almost had every worlds skin on a 200 years champion, graves the only old champ and he was only meta cause as per usual riot fucked over majority of the top lane champs
Are you stupid? There's nothing like a 200 years champion, it's a meme. None of these champs are super strong rn or at the time of Worlds, they were all nerfed from the states people complained about them long ago other than maybe Yuumi.
