Dang Jimmy, Them Slot sausages looked great!! I bet putting that Horseradish in the peppers and onions really did step it and adding Uncle Steves Shake just puts it over the top!! Great Job. By the way, we are in the 96/ Saluda area!!
Don't know where I've been, but I never heard of a slot dog! What a great way to infuse flavor. Will have to try this method, and definitely the horse radish!!
You need to put that sausage or dog in the freezer and then defrost until just the outside is thawed enabling you to put the cuts in without squashing the day lights outa that poor dog!! Looks like after the asphalt roller got done
