I wish Patrick Ta still made those single matte powder blushes. So pretty. And I see why you love the original version of She’s Seductive. I think there are new YSL blushes that are like the blush/contour shades, but those colors haven’t yet released in the US. To me, the new She’s Seductive and She’s blushing don’t look exactly the same. One is cooler to my eye. I really do love the new She’s Seductive on you!
@@rabbiroz3806 I know what you mean that they are not the same colors but they are too close for me to want another one. I do wish more neutral brownish blushes would come out. They would be a hit with so many people! I’m curious about the Ysl blushes! Are you not in the USA?
@ I am in the US!
@@rabbiroz3806 nice! Yeah it’s weird when companies don’t release to the USA! You’d think we would be the biggest market!
THANK YOU!!!!! I am a light cool olive and you just saved me $$$. I was torn between the new She's Seductive (I have the original, was really excited about the duo) and Not Too Much, but now I don't think either one is for me because of the pigmentation levels on his duos.
@@Anonymous-sh9vk I’m so glad! I wish that more people were honest about their reviews to popular products!
now i'm sad i don't have the old Seductive. and also annoyed they even named it the same.
@@seedylee that’s a good point! If they had named it something else then I wouldn’t have the natural urge to compare it and replace my old one. And I was hoping to be able to keep using the old one because the new one would look like the old one and we would all get to enjoy she’s seductive.
I wish you would've made a comparison with not too much
@@dianoska I wish I could of too! I don’t have any other colors because they are too pigmented.
@theolivetone2097 oh, understandable! I thought you may have more colors.
I have not too much/she's blushing/she's so l.a. - can i help? i can tell you right away that blushing is an autumnal shade for me, but never wowed me. I love 'not too much' perfect nude, beautiful formula! There is a healthy glow to it, that is different to the other.
L.A. i haven't even used yet bc it is a neutral bronze. Not on my light winter skin😊
@@Suseau thanks! I'm actually also trying to find side to sides with not too much and shes so la! Not a lot of people have it/review it. Do you mind doing a video of those two?
@@dianoska will do a short😊 what shade are you in foundations? I always reference Chanel and Dior..
I totally agree with you!! Your thoughts and opinions were spot on ❤😊
@@Katelyn-uk4gp Thank you! I wish it was an opposite video of loving his blushes so much but sadly…
I just ordered the 2 lightest ones, the new ones. I like them yet it's taken me a long time to figure out how to make them work for me. I am fair skinned and to a lot of tapping off and then my foundation brush back over the top. Try that Sonia G brush for the creams. It's been a game changer for me. I think it's called a buffer or something, it has 2 diff length bristles yet that is a lot to pay for a blush brush.... idk girl! Did you get the Just Enough? I have hit pan on the cream side of that one... wish I could find that exact cream color alone in another brand to be able to use up the powder side one day..
Hi Alla, I use Charnel by Dior. Its a good blush/contour shade for me. I do use contour as well. Have a great day!
Tap on your hand first? I have Not too much, and it's beautiful! I have to tap on the back of my hand first.
@@SarahOct1980 yes! I definitely do when using these. When I do the tapping off it doesn’t help. I end up sheering it out with foundation in the end.
PT's cream/powder blusher duos are so popular that, single powder blushers by him were completely not under my rador before this video. Are they not available any more? If so, how sad..
I have 2 of the duos, 'She is blushing' and 'Not too much'. They both suit my skintone(olive/golden, around Mac NC25) and good for everyday, but I was hoping they were more different than they are. Very similar. I was interested in She is seductive on this new launch, but its almost identical to She is blushing. It's a skip for me. Thank you for the comparison, really helpful!
No his old ones are gone that’s why I was hoping the new relaunch was going to be a matching shade to an old one. Thank you for watching!
@theolivetone2097 that's infuriating, so sorry to hear that! Having the same shade name, in different colour. That's misleading to say the least. Anyway, I already have two very similar shades and this launch is a no for me. But if they have a soft slightly mauve brown, I would consider!
@@yukikos4913 me too! I’d go for a mauvy brown too!
I felt very dumb when i received 'not too much' vs 'she's blushing' bc they look so much alike in the pan but i can recommend the new one, in slight undertone and especially formula while the older shade wasn't quite it. I got '..so l.a.' bc it was on sale (also original line up. Curious if that will be as dull as 'blushing') - was checking out the new ones but it's all 50 shades of pinky nude.
I had the shade she’s so LA, but I had to get rid of it because it was a bit too on the orange side for me and not Rosie enough for it to look like a blush bronzer like it does on other people with neutral skin. Out of all the colors that look pretty similar I have she’s blushing out of his newest duos and so far I’m content with that one color Lol
@theolivetone2097 it will certainly be too warm on me rn just as 'not too much' will pull very light and pink when i'm darker. The shift of colour depending on season is remarkable, hence reference of foundation shade is so important. I is hard to tell with different lightings etc
@@Suseau are you on the light side of the spectrum of skin tones? Do you tan easily? Honestly the rms blushes are probably way better. I have maidens blush and it’s so pretty I do want another color as well. They are buildable as well which I look for!
@@theolivetone2097 thank You for the effort - i always want to make sure to recommend my real favourites too. BTW, when you run out of your original Seductive i just noticed yesterday that Bobbi Brown has beautiful similar shades like Tawny. But i don't know the new formula (BB never let me down though) i really like Maiden's blush - but didn't get Crystal Slipper bc the latter is a light nude on me already. It is a different product, transparent glow/colour. 'Not too much' however is an almost perfecting formula on me with natural radiance, very different to 'she's blushing'. Of course the shade was off for you, then it gets impossible to appreciate a formula i think.. i know there is a chance that L.A. is dull in finish as well but i'd love to have an equivalent for my summer shade. When i go to the beach the concealer that i bring ends up looking white 😉
Normally americans like very pigmented products, they relate that to quality. And they place too much blush not flattering. I prefer the style of chinese and korean makeup, very light makeup
@@inira7418 I hear you. I like blush but not that much. lol. I love the soft but unique colors to suit my face.
I only have not too much and it's such a disappointment. It IS too much. It's super bright and way too pigmented on my light olive skin.
I know! I’ve tried swatching his blushes many times hoping they would be “not too much” lol but they are every time as if something would change.
O wow, i love that one. But i'm light.. it's the perfect nude blush (seriously, my subtle, natural blush rn. Not talking statement cheeks😅)
@@Suseau hahaha that’s funny! We all would eventually find a blush that looks just like our natural blush.
@@theolivetone2097 🙃 but i noticed that the cream is rather pink and i always just use the powder which is more neutral on its own. Maybe the pigmentation issues are linked to the brushes used. I would never apply powder blush with those designated Patrick Ta brushes that would concentrate distribution on one spot
