Hi! I find your tutorials on turns really helpful! I however have trouble keeping practicing, as I start to lose my balance after 10 turns. Why does that happen? Or could you maybe post a follow-along/routine that emphasizes turns to help with at-home practice? Thanks a lot! Love your channel!

Hi! Thanks for watching! I think it’s best to take a break after doing a few turns. 10 is a lot! I also recommend you practice spotting while you turn to help avoid dizziness.
