Anyone else feel like he's got this relationship with someone and feeling lost but deep down knows this person is the one thing that is right? he's questioning all the wrong things, but it's a path that must be taken, something he needs to learn on his own? Whether it's a lover, a parent, or whatever
I am an (extended) family member and do not know him nearly as well as others that are much closer, but I can tell you that a) he is a committed family man and always has been, b) he is a nice person and always has been, c) he is NOT grieving Joy and fans just conjured that up in their minds, his wife is beautiful and their kids are his world and the constant remarks by strangers to the contrary are just hurtful and tacky and stupid, d) he is a good businessman and owns his own studio in the Muscle Shoals/Florence, Alabama area and promotes other artists, and e) before, during, and after the Civil Wars, he stands on his own merits as a musician, songwriter, and performer.
