- This is short video about the Unlock 3.0 that will happen soon in Nagaland and all the schools and colleges will reopen soon.
We are still not aware that the spread of virus has still not ended and moreover some of the private school teachers are not getting their full salary because the parents of their own respective students are not fully paying the school fees.
We need to change this bad habit because some of the teachers have no other source of income.
Let's help each other during these hard times.

Why do we have to pay full school fees to school for those un-attended classes? It's not only teachers who has only single source of income , there are many parents for some not even single source of income.
And to be honest with experience online classes is like pouring water in yam leaf.
So teachers have no right to charge full fees and parents have every right to not pay and raise complain...

Cutting the salary of the teachers is not right coz they too earn from that but on the other hand their are many daily wages workers who don't hv any work coz of this lockdown , hardly feed their families so as human beings we should try to understand each other not all r well to do family.. no hate

But we never talk about how to get Quality Education.
When we think deeply everyone is struggling at this time of pandemic. See the teachers are doing their daily routine without proper and detailed explanation, they give more homework in which the parents or elders need to guide them for that. And with this daily flow the parents spend more time teaching them than the teachers. And they are many who can't afford even to purchase smartphone📱
Much thankful, if the government reduce the payment of fees and for the betterment lives of unemployed parents.

It's true some parents/families won't be able to handle the risk, if their children get infected while going school (especially for the lower section of our society). Unless the government is going to take the responsibility, I think online classes will be the better choice ✌️

Whatever is portrayed in this video is also true but again it's been more than a year now living with covid and we have to learn to live with it. Following SOP responsibly should be prime.. offline classes on alternate days with strict SOP is needed for higher classes... just my thought
I haven't watch ur full video but when it comes to online class both teacher n students are in same situation...but my opinion is that there very less chances for students to learn from online then school....they r just kids and they are in a shaping stage .. but the teaches r well educated n capable of doing everything....so what I really wanna say is that teachers shouldn't b so upset for receiving half salary......what goes around comes....just keep on working n u will succeed....

Online class education is not the quality education, if the school fees is not reduced from where will the parents recover those Mobile recharges monthly 3 to 4 mobile users in a family so if we sum up the money school fees plus extra Mobile recharges we the parents facing the hardships, and the students who graduated through online will be the only trouble makers in near future like that of Munna Bhai MBBS

Teachers should be paid The FULL salary .
But students and parents should not pay the fees in FULL .
You know why ?
Because fees are not just for teachers' salary , those fees includes the electricity charge , the water charge ,and other facilities of the institution.
So now , everything is done online . We use our own phone , pay for our own data , we struggle to learn properly as well .
So the problem shouldn't be Students and parents against teachers . But it is the INSTITUTIONS that must look into the matter with deep concerns . Atleast teachers are worried about half payments of their salary , think about some parents who is not earning even a Bit of it ! .
Please try to think of the overall side before making a video / spreading a message .

Online class it may also b good but can we see the children's around us the difference during they r in the school n during online class for college students its okey because they know themselves but wat about high school and primary students i can see dat soo many students are spoiling, bcoz of online class they asked the parents to buy them smart phone after they buy smartphone they're giving their time to phone nt studies, if they graduate through online class is it with their real knowledge and hard work???

I feel pity for the private school teachers who work day and night studying, rehearsing, revising and making notes. But they get neglected and avoided from all fields, be it teacher's day, where most of the awards goes to the oldest govt employee while the private teachers who also work their ass off equally with the government teacher, (if not more) the whole year sits at the back of the hall clapping for the award recipient, unnoticed.
In their colony, the private school teachers are considered insignificant because people are judged on their salary, where the private teachers receives a meager amount which they rarely COMPLAIN.
But on the other hand parents are advising them here in UA-cam to understand and receive only half their salary because of the pandemic. They are leaving aside their own studies for their own career ambitions and examinations just to prepare properly for the online explanation to your children and you take this as a joke?
I just wanna ask the parents a question, if all the private teachers got transferred to government schools and all the govt teachers got transferred to private schools, would you make your child take admission in the government schools?? Why? Because of the fee structure? Or because of our society's hypocrisy and our exploitative nature?

Just some few advices for some people when you visit your friends or neighbours or cousin places
1.Dont stay in other house for more than 1 hours
2 .Don't shout at the top of your voices or debate or argue with friends in others house.
3.Dont laugh at the top of your voices as the house owner may be having hard times emotionally or mentally .
