I remember I was on a Livestream for the wilds trailer, I stayed for 2 hours, left for 15 minutes, came back, and somehow missed the trailer. (I got so mad lol)

I’m excited for the new ecology stuff and learning about the new monsters that was always my favorite part of the games seeing them just like existing and doing day-to-day survival in this specific game seems like they’re going more into depth with that then they have ever before
So much going on in this trailer man. Wilds in general feels like a huge curve ball. Can't wait till August to see that playable demo. I'm betting around September or October we'll get a demo to play for ourselves!
These Monsters we are seeing look so different in comparison to what we have been getting, minus the bone structure. I'm wondering if we do get the demo around then, then I wonder if the release date is sometime early 2025 like January

Hey Uno, hope all is well with you… deff happy about the crossplay…. Deff don’t understand the hate on the Palico being voice acted.. I personally don’t mind cause I tend to miss out on things my Palico says in game cause I’m busy not trying to die over reading what it’s trying to tell me… also wish they would’ve shown two diff weps if anything just to see the difference on how some of them will look in the sack on the Seikret… also Peppo pointed out the LS is in the last trailer at the end but you have to play it super slow when the GS Hunter is doing his block when he’s about to be eaten… you can see a LS hunter doing an overhead slash into a special sheath 😂
I'm used to Navirou talking so the palico talking is a little normalized for me. And same here, hopefully the next trailer shows more weapons.

I'm pretty excited about our hunter and palico finally having a voice in cutscenes. Plus those sandworms/lizards gave me Zelda vibes with the Moldworm enemies.
During the quick sand trap part I think it’s gonna be like the depths from TOTK and in the background you can see something like the rotten veil from world
I'm excited for cross play, but I'm worried about what that means for the modding scene. Also I really hope they don't add enigma to wilds, but I have a bad feeling they will. I'll probably be bringing the greatsword and lance or greatsword and hammer.
I would live to bring the Great happer combo, use the hammer to stun and the greatsword with great amounts of damage😅

This confirms that we need to separate the target monster from its pack before we can actually fight them. That's a whole level of immersion. Also, the flagship monster is definitely amazing! I can't stop wondering if the monsters in this game is a product of mutation because that thunder rathalos is a combination of a zinogre and a shagaru magala

I'm really intrigued about the Focus Mode. I wonder if it would take away from the combat or make it feel non-MH like. We'll just have to wait and see I guess!

Remember, a new trailer, public demo and possibly release date are coming 21st of august in the opening night of gamescom.
I'll probably just play Sword & Shield with a Sword & Shield since my will to play bowgun have basically cratered at this point. I just don't see myself playing bowgun moving forward with the new world anymore. I really won't believe good in MY eyes. I really just feel apathetic throughout this trailer as a bowgun user. It's good otherwise, but not for bowgun.
Eventhough we didn't get to see any weapons in this trailer, I'm fine with it since we're getting a hands-on demo in August where most likely we'll get to see a crap ton of weapon gameplay
i would have loved to see other weapons too. i get it, they showed those 2 cause they were the first weapons they ever designed but, including the teaser, this is trailer 3.
i love the sand leviathans, i want to know what their glop status is. Is it new or is it tar from MH4U?
i don't know if i'm just bind but i never got magala vibes off that thunder monster. i got more old zinogre concept art vibes, some of that had him as a flying wyvern. i don't see the 2 extra legs that the magalas have, it looks more like the tigrex skeleton to me but it fan fly so more like barioth. i hope that's the case, we haven't gotten a new monster like that since MH3 with barioth and gigginox. Side note, please bring back gigginox because it's been too long. we saw him last in 3U, he wasn't even in Generations or GU. i would love to see a large monster get swarmed with giggis and zamites flopping all over it.
How is no one saying how those sand leviathans look like the Molgera from The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker? I would be great if they get a similar theme.

I think the armor looks more like clothes because it's the gathering set. We haven't seen any actual armors from this game

This game is living up to its name. Guess all the hunts we're going through will be wild with all these multiple monsters showing up when you hunt
I think that thunder rathalos/thunder magala is one of the six flagships this game will have. I also think that it's at the same category as akantor and ukanlos: neither a wyvern nor an elder dragon
Six flagship monsters is *a lot*. The most we've ever had in one game is four, the Fated Four to be more specific.
