Amen. You are truly appreciated. I'm still in phase 1 and for the most part i feel great. Then there's the other part the cold chills, the pain that fills like something attached itself to you. Again i say God bless and speedy recovery
It’s hard but not impossible right? I’m dealing with the sharp zings of pain in my right breast. I know it’s the nerves waking up but oooweee it hurts. Just thanking God for my healing.
I’m a new subscriber thanks soo much for sharing. I just had my Diep alittle over a week. Blessings and love to you my pink sister. I know I’ll be needing another phase next year💗🙏🏽
Hey Felicia, i was thinking about you last week. I'm glad to know everything went well. I can't wait for your followup. After having reconstruction surgery 7 yrs ago with implants i had to have them removed in May due to complications on my left side. Thank God I decided to have them removed because the right side was leaking and in worse shape and i didn't know that. I had my DIEP Flap surgery on Nov 30th, I'm home recovering. My doc told me i have to wait 6 mons for the 2nd part of this surgery and i can't wait. Thank you for allowing me to go with you on your journey. May God continue to bless you and your family 💖
Thank you for sharing your story. I am skeptical to start my second phase because the DIEP surgery recovery was tough for me and I am terrified of more pain. You are a beautiful woman and I will be looking out for the next video!
You both will do amazing. It’s not easy that’s for sure and I think nerves are normal but don’t let it freak you out too much. We are strong and can do anything! ♥️♥️
Am so happy for you Felicia, hope everything is going well for you. Am here still have my delayed reconstruction to do would love to know more about these doctors and hospital, my name Natalie I live in Texas💕
Felicia, I’m so happy to see you!! I can’t thank you enough for sharing your journey. I’m praying for you, sister! I know it’s hard and you are so strong and generous to take us along with you. I’m 3 months past my Diep flap surgery and still recovering. How long between your first & second surgeries?
Thank you!!! Praying for you as well! Because of work I waited longer than most. So my surgery was in January and my phase 2 in November. How are you feeling?
@@felicia6608 Getting better everyday. The incision is still pretty tender. I’m planning on waiting a year or so for phase 2. This last one was a whopper! I need some time to really recover and feel normal for a while. Merry Christmas! God bless you and your family!!
Hey Felicia…I know you had your Phase 2 awhile ago but I wanted to know did you ask to have your Diastasis Recti fixed? Or did the PS just repair it? And Did they use a mesh to repair it? Thanks in Advance…I just had my Phase 2, but I will need a Phase 3 to have Fat Grafting, Lipo, and Shaping…but I want them to fix my Diastasis Recti alsooooo, it developed it after DIEP surgery.
Hi! I just had them repair with no mesh. To be honest I don’t even know if he did a great job fixing it. I probably could’ve done phase 3 but I was just so done with surgeries. 😩
@@felicia6608 thank youuuu so much for responding…I know exactly what you mean …I thought phase 2 was going to be it til I had my post op visit from phase 2…pray fully phase 3 loading and then tattoos and I’m done… definitely along process to get back to a since of normalcy! I will keep you posted 🥰
I'm glad you're doing alright. I know the pain is real and I'm not looking forward to it. But I am looking forward to being cancer free. Hope to finish grad school in a couple weeks😀

I’m proud of you 👏🏾. I changed my mind because of the vessel placement
Are you doing something else? Implants? Whatever decision you make is a great decision. ♥️
@@felicia6608 I have an implant but I’m botched from surgery 8 years ago. Kinda a scared to do the process over again

Did insurance cover any of this?
Do they provide you with the girdle? Is a second phase necessary after the first?
