- Severe weather continues to rage in France.
For several days now, the country has been suffering from unprecedented hail.
On July 3, at about 4 pm local time, the elements hit the departments of the Loire, Ardèche and Haute-Loire.
The sky became threatening and hail began to fall, sometimes reaching the size of a golf ball.
All this was accompanied by strong gusts of wind.
Local residents who left their homes were forced to take refuge in nearby places.
The south of the Loire department, including Saint-Étienne, and the east of the Haute-Loire department were hit hard.
Hail damaged the roofs of houses and windows of cars, ruined the crops of many winegrowers.
The emergency services received more than 40 calls.
Fortunately, there were no serious injuries or casualties.

Experienced this for about 2 or 3 mins a few yrs back. Hubby and I could only stand together and try to protect each others heads. London Uk Are we going to wear crash helmets now rather than masks ? This prolonged version is causing tremendous damage . Make sure you have supplies folks , someones determined to wipe out the food supply by the looks of things God help us all!
We thank God for his mercies. Only Him can get people out of what is planned. But someone has to align oneself to Him.

It annoys me intensely, that people ‘expect’ sunshine, wind and rain in reasonable proportions, when the reality is we have to expect the extremes at some time of our lives. To say that weather is “unprecedented” is a complete misnomer… it has always been like this, in someone’s former lifetime.

You're missing the point. It's the accumulation of earthquakes, floods, tornadoes etc that are rapidly increasing around the earth. Christ himself stated they would increase towards the End.

Earthquakes are due to geologic processes, damage from floods is due to increased building of infrastructure and housing on floodplains. You are welcome to your religious perspective, mine is based on science.

The large hail is heartbreaking for everyone. It hit us in Qld a few times we were okay but many were not.

The temps falls every night to freezing but this day it didnt get past 30 32.Then snow started falling till it civered the roads and bridges It was a sight to see. Happened in the 60s to my older brother when he was at little league practice - there were no covered dugouts so they took cover under the benches which barely covered them- luckily the hail moved away pretty quickly

I remember back in 1968, our suburb Underwood, Brisbane, Australia, was hit with hail stoned as big as grapefruit, they came through our rooves and ceilings, and in one case one massive stone smashed through the hardwood floor according to the insurance assessor, our yard was like the face of the Moon, impact dents in the grass from the big stones ( all the little stones joined together to make one big stone) baseball up to big grapefruit size, and a few years later we were hit by a Tornado roof and ceiling gone again, nothing like that since I'm happy to say.
