Imagine if the narrator from Darkest Dungeon is voicing some of the events happening in the game and the outcome of your choices. Even moment to moment changes like mood of the population and resources depletion.
I’m waiting for the game to come out for me before I start watching people’s play throughs so I can experience the story completely for the first time. Hope you have fun though! I’ll come back and watch once I’ve played myself
I absolutely love the first game. But Frostpunk 2 had to add capitalism to it. Because? I dont know. It was an amazing apocalypse world without dumb money-system. Now they added it.
Yeah, I did the same thing because I was under the assumption that only a small few children would die. It didn't help that I was mismanaging my coal supplies and in desperate need of it. Did that and 116 kids fucking died. I was stunned.
Honestly I'd be so happy to have Bricky do a "get into hobby video." Ngl even though I've consumed a lot of 40k media it's hard to tell the best method to get into the hobby without paying $160 for a combat patrol, which is... not desirable
Well, there's this game on steam, Tabletop Simulator, It's only like $20 USD, and it might not be the same as actually picking up and moving around your plastic boiz, but it's *a lot* cheaper. Also you don't have to pay for models and terrain, because the steam workshop is *full* of models and stuff you can use to play not just 40K but *almost* any Tabletop/Board game.
After downloading the game I feel an obligation to mention this game is poorly optimized and has a ton of bugs Edit : Not even a week into the game's release and it's already starting to get better and apparently they have a separate team dedicated to optimization fixes so shout-out to the devs for acknowledging these problems already 👍
