I want to say so true, but being married about about 2 months now, we just got an offer accepted on a house. I'm happy to be fortunate enough to afford this, but it's been something we've been saving for for a long time.
Seeing all the costs of closing and what not is just blowing our minds away and it's getting very scary 😅

We had a 3 bedroom 1 year in - at 19&20 year olds lol Course that was 2008 - which wasn’t as bad as now lol Also we were in Louisiana so the area makes a huge difference in affordability as well
