Wedding coordinator here: red velvet is a favorite flavor bc it tends to be the most moist. That said it’s not a great entire cake flavor bc of the color. Most brides use it as a side cake flavor. I would go with the pink champagne bc that seems to be a theme of your wedding and it’s a light flavor. Truly, most people don’t eat cake at weddings. That is the most often left item 😂 you’re very wise to have other desserts on the side and can probably get a smaller cake than you think you need bc of that. Most people will opt for an alternate dessert vs taking a piece of cake.
