One Pan Honey Butter Chicken in 30 Minutes

- One pan honey butter chicken is a superb combination of garlic, butter, honey, chicken thighs seasoned with salt and pepper, and chilli flakes for heat.
The dijon must can be left out, but it adds a nice balance to the dish. You can also adjust the spices according to your liking. For example, if you are a garlic lover, add more. If you want more heat, add more peppers.

I cooked this for lunch today, I didn't have dijon mustard so I substituted it for yellow mustard. I added more mustard to counteract the sweetness of the honey. It was sooo delicious. Great and simple recipe!

Hi Dave - I made this tonight and it was awesome! I had it with mashed potatoes and a salad, and it was so delicious! 👍🏻. The dishes you make are so easy and 98% of the ingredients I need I already have. It’s so nice not eating the same stuff week after week. I didn’t quite have 1/2 cup of honey, so I only used one breast, which is ok cuz it’s just me, so I had enough sauce - the best part. I have my Instacart order ready for tomorrow - I just need the veggies for the chicken and dumplings. Gosh I love Instacart as much as I hate shopping. Thank you Dave, for taking the time to do these videos and for sharing such easy recipes. You have quite a following, Dave, you must be doing something right! Stay safe my friend. ❤️

Dave, a little info if you are interested. I do not know if you can get honey(either sourwood or clover leaf)harvested within appx. 30 mile radius from your residence, but if you can ,you might want to buy some. It cures sinus and allergy problems, because the honey bees harvest pollen from nearby, even doctors recommend it. Just some info if someone in your household suffers from those conditions. 1 teaspoon a day is a reasonable dose. I do not remember the reason, but do not give it to children under age 2 yrs. old.
