- Happy 4th of July to all you men and women out there. More progress on Duane the Kenworth K100, one step closer to driving it after getting it running. We put some new suspension, steering, fuel, wheels polished, greased, lights and more!!!

Coming along great. Travis you did a great polish on those steers! Started with aluminum in terrible shape and got nice presentable wheels, maybe not MATS show good. Good enough for a working guy! You guys are doing great on it
Thank you, this truck is almost turning out to be a budget type build. Just working with what is there at the moment. We do have another truck in the shop that we may have plans for a MATS build…..we shall see!!

Looking good! Unless it gets repainted, that K100 is going to look like a working truck, so perfect wheels are not necessary nor would they look quite correct. That's just my opinion and it is likely worth exactly what you paid for it.
Totally agree, it’s turning out to be a budget build at this point working with what is there. Personally I like the look of these trucks in their work cloths. I do appreciate a fully redone one though too but much easier to maintain the working ones. Don’t have to worry about someone breathing or touching it. 🤣
