That's what i felt when i was done with school, it felt like i had too much time and too little to do, i didn't feel stressed at all but didn't feel calm either, i was pretty much bored all the time
You got so used to the grind you feel kind of lost without it. I always got that at work - finished work early and you literally have nothing to do. It's boring as fuck and you really don't know what to do so you just twiddling your thumbs and tried to create a task just to fill the time.

You can avoid breaks all you want, sooner or later your body's gonna force you to take one whether you like it or not. Then you'll be wishing you'd taken one earlier.

Yeah, I've been noticing that the overworking stuff has been taking a toll on not just how she operates as a vtuber but also in overall as well, she needs more days on that break to really recover.
