Me as an Indian seeing the thumbnail
1. Biscuits or Cookies- Either but tends towards biscuits
2. Sneakers and Trainer- None lol, we call them "Shoes"
3. Autumn or Fall- On rare occasions, Fall, but mostly it's Autumn
4. Boot or Trunk- Trunk tbh, what drugs are these Bri'sh people on?
5. Package or Parcel- We use either
6. Pavement or Sidewalk- It's mostly sidewalk, tho some people do use pavement
