Replace muffler on Ford Ranger

Muffler madness when I was doing the rear brake drums, I notice it rusted and falling apart. Putting it together was easy as you can see from my thumb nail. Best investment having that scissor lift.

Great job getting the Stainless Steel version of muffler for your truck (21564) Quiet Flow. The Non-Stainless muffler just doesn't last.

Thanks for posting this video. My exhaust set up is the same, and I'm looking to replace it. Did you buy the whole kit, or individual parts? My ranger has the 126" wheelbase. Did that muffler sound good on that ranger?

Got the complete kit from RockAuto. They have the regular cab and crew cab kits. And yes it sounds better than the original. I can hear it from the inside when I step on the gas. A more gutsy sound.

Thanks, I did the Mazda and the truck. Imagine the cost if I took it to a dealer or a certified mechanic. To get it done, Plus they buy the parts. My Lincoln town car exhaust system is still holding out. Thanks to stainless steel.

No, the original Rubber Exhaust Hanger are still good and not cracked or spit.
