This is about integrity and standing up for the little guy. Too many instances of the last few years of people/companies/originations lying and exploiting power to benefit themselves at the expense of others.
To sum it up. Basically LFM said originally they didn't ban the guy because he braked. Then they banned me for making a video which they say embarrassed them. My argument to that was, If they think they made the right decision then why are they embarrassed? They then said they banned me for being insulting. I only stated facts, asked questions and did not swear or be racist. Then they change their story again and say I didn't make the report correctly and so it didn't get processed. This video shows proof that they did process the report. They keep lying and I'm sure I'm not the only person its happened to. I've seen people get banned or suspended for much less than what the BMW driver did to me. I'm also aware of people who have been offensive in chat/discord, yet they were only banned from discord but not racing. I cant understand why I'm banned for life for being factual, when others get temporary bans for worse behaviour. Sorry this video ended up way longer than intended.
Any way, this is who LFM really are, and by racing with them that's what your supporting. So don't act surprised or moan if something unjust happens to you.

Your report was first judged as report #16809, with the result being NFA because the video doesn't follow the guidelines.
You then made a new report, report #16872 for the exact same incident, and the guy got the penalty you're showing in your video. This report was judged 11 hours after the first one.
Why are you leaving out this information? Were you unaware of it or are you doing it intentionally?
Surely this is important context rather than just saying "Boris is lying" and trash talking him for that?
He was telling the truth, your report DID fail for not following guidelines, you just made another one which passed.
Whether he was aware of that is questionable, but YOU certainly should have been, yet you didn't say a word about it.
When you're hung up on this after 2 years because of "integrity and honesty", you should probably take a lot more care to embody those yourself too.
Should the guy have been banned? In my opinion, yes. But he did a good enough job hiding it that you can only say with 95% certainty that it was intentional and sometimes the stewards are lenient if it's not entirely clear. I think it's clear enough, perhaps they did not.
Second, in the reporting guidelines it says that if intentional behavior is suspected, you have to include the onboard PoV from inside the suspected car, showing the steering wheel. You did not do so. (the URL to the unlisted report video is shown in your screenshot, so I checked.)
I also wouldn't get so hung up on "embarrassed" if that's really what one of them said. They're Germans, some of them are terrible at English. I know because I've corrected some of their documentation and some of it makes no sense or uses the wrong words entirely. There was also a good one in the past where the judgments said "racial incident" instead of "racing incident".
What they probably meant wasn't "embarrass" but "slander/defame/denigrate", all of which show up as synonyms of "humiliate", but this is my guess.
The 1st report is irrelevant. It seems to me like you're missing the point. The fact is that a report was judged and Boris tried to lie his way out of it again.
As for the onboard view issue. I think I did include it but I'll have to check.
Either way Boris admitted at the time that the guy should of had a worse punishment, and that's why he found the original video embarrassing. You think he should of been banned. Many others think he should of been banned. It's very clear that he brakes late. Then lifts off the brake to get some more rotation. Then finally a bit more brake to make sure he doesn't go off the track with me. It's clear and obvious what he did.
Yes it was 2 years ago, but that's how long it took Boris to come up with another excuse and comment on my video. Also that's 2 years of not being able to do what I love. How would you like it if you wasn't allowed to troll people and talk rubbish for years. You seem to love that

Tbh the fact that you're going on about some failed report, when I've just shown a report regarding the incident in question was processed. It just shows how desperate you guys are to worm your way out of the situation. I'm pretty sure you were one of the people digging the knife in and trying to stir things up at the time. Also wasn't you one of the guys on the Sim Grid, chipping in with little comments trying to get a response along with 3 or 4 others in the discord. While I get you're trying to be insulting, I agree with you, I do love that and it would suck to be without it. This time however, there was no trolling but mere facts which you don't like.
"Irrelevant" is hardly the word to use when it's proven that the guy you slander (I used the correct word) was in fact not lying, but you were merely (likely deliberately) leaving out the context to make it appear as if he was.
I guess you really don't take that integrity and honesty too seriously after all.
I think I was one of the people making fun of you and stirring the pot back then as well, I can't recall the event but your name is slightly familiar and I do as you say take great joy in trolling the clowns regularly. Sim Grid? Why are we talking about Sim Grid? I did use to be around there in 2020-2021 when they did daily racing but I don't know if that's what you're talking about. Definitely can't remember you from there though. Quite sure I haven't been the one "having a little cry" at any point.
Speaking of Sim Grid, their admins REALLY did not like me. I heavily criticized their decisions and told them that they were going to kill their own daily racing service with it. But I never went over any lines so they had an excuse to ban me. And in the end... their daily racing service died.
As for "you guys", I'm not affiliated with them in any way and have been complaining openly about their stewarding in the last year after they took on a bunch of new ones. Before 2024 the stewarding was quite near flawless. Since then... quite far from it.
@@jm-holm I didn't lie. I simply didn't check for an invalid report. Why would I when I know my report was processed. As should the founder of LFM. Especialy as we already had a discussion about it. So he knew full well that the report had been processed. He knew what penalty had been handed out and like I said before, he even admitted that the driver should of been banned. Why would I check for a failed report when I know a report was processed? Are you one of those smart people who can't grasp basic concepts. I brought up Sim Grid because I was trying to confirm that you are I thought. I'm not suprised their admin didn't like you. You intentionally miss/ignore, possibly even lie abouts points/facts people are making. You try to annoy people. You're a self confirmed troll.

Maybe he just didn't check that you had made another one which passed. You can't both have your cake and eat it.
Another report which based on your own video, did not follow the guidelines for an intentional crash report and therefore could never have resulted in a ban. Maybe that's why the guy wasn't banned, ever considered that? Your own user error.
Boris isn't involved with stewarding at all and probably shouldn't have said anything to you in the first place as he won't have any of the facts on hand, I assume he just gets frustrated with all the complaints, most of which are unjustified and sometimes comments on things he shouldn't.
Friend, while you claim to have grown up, I see little evidence of that in your actions and your writing. I'm not this easy to offend so the ad hominem isn't doing you any good. You're nowhere near as clever as you think yourself to be and it's not normal for a person to be this hung up on a minor grievance for so long. I'm no psychiatrist, but this is truly abnormal behavior and the issue is you don't even seem to realize or recognize it.
You're also mistaken, I don't "try to annoy people". I sometimes make fun of (without directly insulting) people who have really dumb ideas or overreact greatly to something minor. I don't walk around trying to annoy random people on a daily basis to ruin their day.
For example, I've done absolutely nothing to insult or annoy you in any of my writing with you here, despite my very negative impression of you as a person. I've actually honestly attempted to clarify the situation and help you objectively evaluate the facts. There has been no trolling or hostility from my side apart from questioning you using the arguments of "honesty and integrity" when I think you completely ignore these qualities in your own criticism and in choosing to be selective and subjective about the facts you present.
The fact that you react this negatively to an honest exchange merely because the facts I bring up don't necessarily agree with your narrative says more about you than it does about me.
And then you just stop engaging with the facts I've presented. For example, did you check your own report video yet?
Do you recognize you did not include the onboard view in your video? Do you recognize the reporting guidelines state that you need that view if you suspect intentional wrecking?
Well if you didn't include that PoV, what do you, objectively, think that the punishment should have been?
For a moment, forget about what Boris, me or anybody else may have responded to you with or what "excuses" have been made and objectively evaluate the questions above.
Unlike you, "the better person", I wish no harm upon you. I hope you'll find your closure and be able to get over this incident that really doesn't impact your life and shouldn't steal so much of your attention and energy for so long.

Who are you to say whether or not something has impacted my life. When I was gaining more subs over day and getting more views than ever. Which for starters, would of lead to my channel getting monetized sooner. Providing me with more of an income while I'm unable to work. Who knows how much those 2 things alone would of made my life easier. You have no idea how many hours I sit around thinking I wish I could have some fun races right now. So don't even bother. You might be a push over, you might have no issue the people abusing their power, you might have no morales. Some of us do though and we aren't the ones adding misery and supporting injustice.
In short. Stop trolling. Stop going round in circles. Try to understand what happens if we have no morales and that, you can be intelligent but childish, aswell as dumb, but mature enough to no the difference between right and wrong. It's funny how brave people like you are online

Yea because like I said to many others, 1st it's about principle and morales, something I know a lot of people of today don't have. 2nd I loved daily racing and it helped get me more views and grow my channel. Now all because LFM couldn't be honest. 3rd It took Boris 2 years to reply with another excuse. So that's why I made another video.
What is it that you enjoy. How would you like it if, not only were you stopped from doing it but, people attacked you by lying and making you out to be the bad guy.
I asked myself why is it hard for so many people to understand. Then I thought about what I said in the 1st paragraph. Too many people with no morales or principles. So they don't care. Probably don't have any real passion for anything.

I tried LFM for about a month two years ago, near their beginning, gave up after a couple of events. Nothing can be handled without live marshalls, you miss half the story if you just rely on reports and then it will just be a school fight between kids arguing with their teacher, you might as well run public lobbys. So glad I found Eddie for the more organized stuff.
Yo Kevin, they had plenty of evidence in this case. They just didn't want to ban the guy. By saying in the discord that my original video embarrassed them, they are basically saying they made a mistake. Instead of correcting that mistake, they lied. Unfortunately I couldn't get the transcripts from discord to prove what they said because they banned me from their discord too. Regardless of that I still prove that they lied. By saying my report was wrong and didn't get processed, just proves how they keep trying to make excuses. The report is there for everyone to see. Thank you for watching Kevin. Well....I won t go into it too much but I had a car rejoin infront of me and another driver, which put them into the wall and took all 3 of us out the race. No penalty. Also had someone mess up then report me. That same person dive bombed me from a long way back forcing me to drive straight past the corner. Also punted last week then clearly brake checked me later🤷🏽♂️. Thanks for watching though. Enjoy the rest of your day👍🏼✌🏼
