- Welcome back to the channel and to one of my favorite close to home adventures. A day hiking the Black Canyon Trail. The Black Canyon Trail is a 80 mile trail that starts at the edge of Prescott National Forest and continues south to Black Canyon City. It has some of the most runnable gorgeous trails in all of Arizona and I love spending a close to home adventure weekend exploring new and old favorites of the Black Canyon Trail.

Great video as always I’m glad you are enjoying yourself so much out there I notice that you didn’t have your camper with you is it just because this was a short day hike out anyways I enjoyed it so much. Question for you have you considered boondocking or dispersed camping lifestyle or are you going to just travel to paid camp sites?❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you! So I film weeks in advance some times so videos aren’t always in date order. This was a few weeks ago. I’m getting the final wiring done in Teardrop for the house battery today actually and as long as the weather holds our first trip will be this weekend. It’s been really rainy here so that’s kept me from getting her out. So I plan to do a mix. I work a corporate 8-5 that requires really strong stable internet. Power at this point is the concern and what I’ll be testing to see how long I can be off grid so to speak. Campsites will be good spots for showers, laundry and weeks where I have more important client meetings that I need to be mistake proof for.
