- Opened by Tony Blackburn in 1964 The Kingstanding Circle shopping centre holds many memories for many people.
But with no investment for 60 years it's time to go.
Change is good.

Thanks for the videos. Very sad to see it finally demolished. For me, Kingstanding Circle will never be the same.
Mixed feelings, I had happy memories of growing up here in the 60s n 70s id spend hours shopping there with my late mother, everything movies on I guess, you've definitely captured some local history in the making here mate! Will you film more of the progress of the Lidl building as well?

Have they demolished the pub yet? Whats been happening lately? ATB
@@roberthillcoxacousticguita3580 No , the shell of the pub is still there, at the moment they are just clearing foundations and removing rubble, I'll be filming again soon as they start on the pub. Cheers for watching
