Mr. Lin, I know this video is a couple years old now, but I wanted to give you a big thank you for this video. I built the same kit over the last several weeks and your build video was key in helping me achieve a decent result. I used your same ride height modification approach and your tips were very helpful! Thank you for all you do and sharing your great builds, I really appreciate it every time!
After watching your video building this car I was a able to locate this model so I bought it. I can't do it justice compared to your build but I'm going to give it the good old college try. I enjoy watching a person with your skill level. Thanks.
This model really never interested me until I saw this video. You know how some models just look, well cheap. That is what I thought till now. Thank you, on my way to the hobby store.
Currently working on this kit. The body is very accurate aside from the front section below the grill. The 1/24 scale makes this kit a joy to detail. Keep the 1/24 scale kits coming Revell! This vid show how good the body proportions are. I will get the Shelby R version coming out for 2023.
I thoroughly enjoyed this. You just made revell not a revell, lol. Great imagination and awesome paint job. I just did a Challenger for my first ever and moving onto this. I will be watching this again, thx.
Mr Lin, you are truly a modelling guru, thankyou for sharing your beautiful video with us,absolutely amazing work. Keep your model muscle cars coming.thank you
Hey Mr. Lin, Chris here........incredible as usual my friend!!!!!!!! this kit turned out beautiful......stunning job, great details on it....speak 2 U soon!!!!!!!
Great to watch - husband is working on the '66 Shelby 350H model and has a couple of parts that are not mentioned in the build. Numbers 54 & 55 that look almost like long fan blades and number 85 that is 2 identical pieces. Just wondering if you might know what they are if they are supposed to be added somewhere on the car? Thanks for any information you may be able share.
hi,just check the instructions, the part 54.55 are use to normal '65-'66 mustang ,in this case, you should use part 66&67,about the part 85...I d0 not know what that is and did not use on this model.. have fun with this kit!!😊
Took the time to do spark plug wires. Didn’t do a firing order and drilled them in to the head bolts. I love that grill though. And the paint is excellent. Hope mine comes out that well
I just bought this kit and have started to build it. My first kit since I was a kid (40 years ago). LOVE what you have done and how you made it all look so awesome. Where did you get the decals for the dash from (the speedo etc). They are not in the kit decals. TIA

Great job. My favorite Mustang. I could have purchased the original when Hertz was selling them off for $5500. The one I drove was a manual trans, one of 25 built. Big regret.
hi, the thinning ratio is shown on the upper left, 1:3 means 1 part of paint and 3 part of thinner. However, it may not apply to everyone.. By experimenting you can find the ratio that works best for you cheers!!🙂
Hi. Nice building.. Awesome! May i have a question? The wheel is painted two colors, chrome and black. Please let me know the how to.. I am making the same kit. By the way i have a difficulty painting the wheel. Thank you.
hi,I paint the wheel with lacquar base chrome, wait until the chorme paint is totally dried, than I paint acrylic base black paint to the wfeel again, wipe off excess black paint with acrylic paint thinner, than you got a tidy wheel rim...you can also use acrylic base chrome and enamel black paint, they also works fine😊
Mr. Lin, what brand cement do you use, because it sure sets fast! I have been using Testors orange tube for like ever and it seems to need a long time to work, maybe I should change, any suggestions will be very much appreciated!
hi, I really recommend TAMIYA Extra thin cement..there are two types of them, normal type and quick-setting type.. I've been use these cement for decades..😊

How is it you never get any dust or lint on your paint jobs? They are always perfect and I hope someday I can become as good as you are. Another excellent build sir.
