You can also plug the charger in and hold the power button until it starts. Not sure about newer phones but always worked for me on my phones.

Yendry my love i have a Stratus C5 Elite from Cloud Mobile and my phone wont turn on or charge, ive tried hard rebooting it by holding volume down and power button but wont work and pressing volume up and power button only brings me to the boot menu to fast boot,recovery mode and normal boot but everytime i choose any option there it wont boot it just goes to black screen :(

Hey guys if u have phone whose battery is wack but it's a phone u can't remove the battery
Here some tricks that worked for me
1.go to cheap repair shop for fix it's cheap and proper but some might scam u so know ur shops
2.remove the back and see if the part that transfer the electricity to battery is lose or not and glue it up and it's fixed.
3.see if these video works or not for ur phone.
4.Go to phone centre and repair it's decent 😂
