I really love this video and love the initiative they made planting and regrowing the cedars, and having the sponsor program of a family that can own a cedar in the lord’s cedars forest and it’s something I like to offer my children. However I would like to point out that the flag of Lebanon carry the cedar tree and its a national symbol of pride and history, after 1920 Lebanon has taken a shape of many communities and beliefs that became one, I understand the area and the history of Lord’s cedars is predominantly Christian, but what kind of connection you are offering to the rest of the Lebanese who are not Christian if there is no opportunity for them have their own house of worship, so basically the cedars of the lord has taken an inclusive Christian identity rather than a national identity. The history before the independence of the republic is rich, beautiful, spiritual and well respected by everyone, we need to connect the cedars with the people of the republic of Lebanon all of them Christian and non Christian and add to the history that’s how we move forward and grow they forests
with utmost respect in that republic the people you want them being represented by their religious symbol had refused to pay the tax for 10 years at the initial start of the republic and they chopped the heads of Christian members of Parliament and stacked them in a pyramidical shape at the entrance the History between both have been mostly bloody , the problem that prevent peace to take place in this fake republic is that the different groups existing in it and without any exception they keep lying and laughing in each other's faces and brown nosing with distrust
Let us face it guys . The only cool , clean parts of Lebanon are the christian areas. Just compare east christian Beirut to west moslem Beirut. Different planets. Long live christian Lebanon. Ps: I am no christian.
