I have just fallen in love with our town again! Sal, you are amazing! 😂
Jb is the expression of the best of South Africa and its people and a corner of paradise on our planet...
That is well said Gianni! So accurate. A real paradise 🤗❤️
This UA-cam channel reminds me of 'Going Nowhere Slowly,' but, Sal, this is on another level! You have the spirit and the know-how. Thank you!
Wow, thank you! GNS is a classic South African travel show and is known worldwide! That is such a fabulous compliment and really spurs me on to keep creating my content. Episode 4 will feature Nature's Valley.
I live in J bay and its the best place to live in South Africa because the people are so friendly and helpful !
You’re right! It is a wonderful place to live and the people are genuinely lovely & very friendly. ❤️
Best comprehensive video of Our JBay I have ever seen. Thank you.
Thank you! I’m delighted to hear that ☺️ Jbay is truly a gem in South Africa and is very close to my heart.
Hi Sal: Thank you for giving up New Zealand to come home to South Africa 🇿🇦. Loving the way you are moving around. "No rest for the good hearted ".
Next Friday I will be heading to New Zealand to visit my son. On the south Island. Regards from South Africa 🇿🇦, East London.
Hi John! Thank you for watching the video ☺️ I appreciate your warm welcome and kind words 🤗 Say hi to the South Island 🇳🇿 for me, travel safe and have a wonderful time with your family there. God bless!
Love it, can't wait for the next episode
Brilliant! I enjoyed every moment and morsel. You are a star!
Thanks mommy! YOU are the real star of this show! Love you so much! thank you for living in one of the most beautiful parts of South Africa - makes my job so much easier 😘
Nice one 🎉
Thanks for watching! What did you think? Did I do Jeffrey’s Bay justice?
Keep good work
Thank you! 😀
"We all carry on shopping as if nothing happened " 😂😂😂 that is so so true! 😂😂😂
🤣🤣 Ja! People keep on shopping as if it’s just a normal occurrence. What incredible resilience and people just get on getting on 🤣
Eish that food looks lush. Will be that side soon...mooi!!
The food in Jbay is excellent 👌 and so affordable, especially for overseas tourists.
@SeeSalGo I used to live there. It really looks like it's upgraded a lot. Looking forward to the visit xxx
What a cool place to have lived in!
Awesome Sal!!! Love it
Thanks Abby for watching! The Jones family features nicely eh! 😚
I was there in 85 but it looks different somehow from when I was there. There were some houses and we stayed in a caravan park on the beach.
Fantastic
Thank you so much 😀 I appreciate it!
Gosh. Very wize words from the mechanic!
Indeed! Very wise and so true
Awesome. Lump in my throat stuff as I think of my mother land from afar.
Thanks so much for watching Stu! I can totally relate. I felt like that for years when I was away from SA. it’s eina of the heart but hopefully, these videos can help you ‘connect’ a little bit with your motherland, if only virtually.
Well you are doing the right thing at the right time
With one aspiration
Never to stop 😂
The beach from mondplaas to van stadens is an endless stretch of unspoilt coast unrivalled. . Had the pleasure of running that stretch of coast
Eastern Cape the most diverse biomes in the country.
Yes, in fact, the Eastern Cape is the only province in SA to have all 7 biomes in one province!
Bunch of movie stars in the making. Wondered why the voice and surroundings seemed familiar
The streets of our towns are crying for resurfacing and road markings
That's true Michael. I had a lot of fun dodging the baths, I mean, the potholes LOL!
No need to kill the harmless spider👎🏾
Thanks for watching but you’ll be glad to know that the rain spider was alive and well after being ‘broomed’ off the car. He ran out the drive and I wished him well 😉
“We all carry on shopping as if nothing happened” that’s South Africa 😂😂😂😂😂😂
😂 Yip! SO South African! Love their spirit! Just keep keeping on man! 😜😂 Thanks for watching and commenting. ❤️
Lol, how does it compare to NZ, I hear it rains and is windy a lot in NZ, so joy is limited. I lived in Ireland for 5 years , the rain 🌧️ is altyd.
Jbay is definitely as windy as Wellington New Zealand 🤣 But all in all, SA does have better, warmer weather. It doesn’t rain all the time as some assume in NZ but it’s certainly wetter & nippier than SA. Daai son is te warm! Hy brand jou vel stukkend! 🤣
redigeer jy self die video?
Thanks for watching. Yes, I do. Long, long hours but worth every moment! I've been editing films/videos for 19 years.
Hi Sal
Hi Jules Did you just watch episode 3?
I love your fantastic videos but quite a few untruths ! When did the Portugese do anything in the Eastern Cape ???: Not true !
Thanks so much! ❤️ I’m so happy to hear that you enjoy the videos.
Portuguese sailors frequently stopped over at Algoa Bay and Mossel Bay
@@Alex-dh8fy Where are the towns oir villages that they built ??? Stopping their ship does not mean that they did anything here ?
