I am blown away that you played 203 games in a week, that you recorded all those time lapses, and that you edited all that footage. Just amazing. And I watched the entire video. Thanks for making this!
That actually was a good idea and I am happy you did this from a watcher perspective. It gave a bit of exposure to so many game in so little time. It made me add a few board games I didn't know to my wishlist and I got to see the board for so many games without having to search it 200x! I would never do this in a million year but I am happy someone did :D
Hands down, congratulations!!! Great crisp and clean video. I fully appreciated you showed each game and the box! You guys are great! Thank you for taking all this time to publish this style of video.
Ironic that I found this game tonight after just counting my collection for the first time. I was overwhelmed when I realized I had 100 games. Thought I'd never play them all and then you guys drop this video, said "Hold my beer" and crushed twice as many. Astounded and amazed fellas. You deserve some sort of medal or merit badge or something lol. Great work!
Honestly it's the best part of the gig. Nick and I have always been close and to find a way to carve out an utterly strange silly career together is just icing on top of a very good cake
Really enjoyed watching you guys through this challenge. I also appreciate the friendly nature you guys have towards one another. I really hope my two sons share a similar relationship and can collaborate and have fun together like you both. Thanks for sharing. Happy Holidays!!! I look forward to watching more of your content.
Challenge idea. Play your top 5 games ... at all player counts adding in tons of variables (example: seasoned players, new players, expansions ai, etc) to make sure you still love the games through and through
You guys did such a great job on this video. What people probably do not realize is not only the time it took to perform this freaking task, but then to edit the video for it... thats a whole new marathon. Great work!
I loved this video so much! Thank you for doing this crazy thing to make entertainment for us all! Glad you had fun! This was inspiring to try to play more of our games that we haven’t played in years! Keep up the amazing work :D
I'm from Germany and my english is not so good. But I have to say something to this: Ihr seid die Besten! Das war so toll anzuschauen! Da möchte man selber alle seine Spiele sofort spielen! Danke für dieses Video! Thank you!!
this was on my home page. i have never watched any board game videos. except maybe when smosh games uploads for their 'board af' series. but their channel isn't just board game related. but this is welcome to me. youtube never really promotes new channels outside of my main bubble recently. haven't watched the full video yet but i am intrigued
Hey there! happy to have you here we hope you enjoy the video even if it's a little different than the suggested videos you usually receive. We are happy that our name is "getting out there" to folks. we have other fun gaming challenges planned later this year so we hope you stick around and welcome!
The thing I love the most about this video is you guys simply love games, just like me. You have a simple love for games. Also, we own a lot of the same games. This was very entertaining and inspiring.
Y’all are crazy! What a great challenge! Fantastic video, the time lapse panning shots were amazing. Player baggies are something I use in every game I can. They’re time efficient but also allow every player to help set up and let new players have a “present” to unwrap at the start and get a sense of the game. While I don’t actually enjoy the game much anymore, Viticulture is one of the best for this as having the new player explore all their buildings is really fun.
Totally agree. Any game where every player has a little stack of bits ya gotta get those separated out. Clans of Caledonia is the best for the little "present" because there are so many adorable little wooden bits. Very satisfying.
@@TheBrothersMurph ah still haven’t played this one - came onto my radar at a time where we’d picked up Brass Birmingham and Underwater Cities so was neck deep in heavier euros. Will need to check it out!
Incredible video, incredible editing! Congratulations, guys. I think this is the best video about boardgame content that I have ever saw. 40 minutes and I could watch another 40. Brazilian fan here :)
Cheers to you and thank you! We really wanted to do something unique so I'm really glad you enjoyed it! Tenha um ótimo dia! (google translate don't let me down I'm trying to sound cool here)
Good video! When I saw the length, I was unsure--but it's fun to watch! Also.... I didn't see Agricola. I seriously can't imagine my collection without Agricola!
@Ryan Clementz how do you think they stayed awake all week? Coldest Water splashed in the face if they started to stall out. Coldest Water baths in between plays. Coldest Water IVs.
Well done, guys. Quite a physical and mental feat to complete the challenge and then another one to tie it all up in an engaging edit - you knocked it out of the park! Clearly some 2045 cybernetic enhancements involved 😀
Over 2 years after you released this, I'm watching it for the first time. Just wanted to say... Amazing. I think I might drop dread just attempting something like this, but I am so glad you gentleman were courageous enough to blaze that trail.
Excellence. Great job guys, just had my bachelor party a few weeks ago and it was similar to a marathon session like this but just over a long weekend.

An epic achievement worthy of so many kudos. Congrats friends. I'm glad I was able to hang in your streams during the week to see the progress and help cheer you on!
Congratulations! I enjoyed that very much. For some reason it brought tears to my eyes. I would love to watch you guys play Gloomhaven in a week. Every scenario tho!?!
Thank you for making this video. A few years ago, I worked as a caregiver for this autistic guy that LOVED board games. Mind-boggling how you managed to remember all these rules and not confusing them all the fucking time! :O
Really liked that takeaway at the end about tailoring your collection so that you only have games you actually truly enjoy
Yeah this whole journey really reminded us how much we like the games in our collection which was really rad.
