@@yanepsevdonim there're lots of great singers in the world, you just cannot dig in every one. People tend to make suggestions and they are not supposed to be 100% correct. He just made a suggestion about the language in this song. For an english native speaker all slavic languages do sound alike. Cause they are alike (beeng in one language group).

Lady Death is not a russian sniper. "Soviet" would be correct, although we shouldn't forget, that "soviet" can mean any of the republics that were occupied by the soviet union at the time. It is important in this case specifically, cause she was born in Bila Tserkva (central Ukraine), studied in Kyiv, even her surname Pavlichenko is ukrainian. So is the band Okean Elzy.

It's about russian entitlement and chauvinism. They rationalize all their genocides with this bs about the necessity to protect themselves from the world, like they are the real victims.
Actually, it's a good test: if you see a russian listening or singing Shaman songs - you can be sure it's a russian fascist. Non-fascist Russians actually make parodies of his songs ;)
