Good evening sir sir even though the water content is increased in the SIADH with dilution hyponatremia why we will call as euvolemic hyponatremi …?.???.??can u please help me out sir

Yes the water content is increased which increases the volume and that will stimulate the natriuretic peptide release which causes the excretion of water and sodium causing euvolenic hyponatremia.
