    Can't believe this masterpiece was uploaded in 2017. Med students like me are referring to it in 2022. This sets the bar for learning concepts in the most crisp and clear manner for the future generations!!

    A question though : Part-1 mentioned Lower Rectum as (primary) retroperitoneal = No Mesentery.
    Part-2 (this video), mentions Upper rectum (up to pectinate line) as No Mesentery. That means it has to be retroperitoneal too. So there's a disconnect.

    Spleen is not derivative of foregut, it supply celiac artery branch but it comes totally in splanchnic mesoderm between layers of dorsal mesogastrium
