@@williamkramer9731 Hey I did end up getting the 6 string version of this, its actually the sustainiac! you can get some incredible and unique clean tones out of it, although i bet the scale length also plays a factor in the great tone that the guy had
I'm glad I was able to get one while they're still available. Not sure why they were discontinued. I'm guessing the unique paint job for each one wasn't as cost effective as Schecter hoped for. Funny enough, all of my guitars are now discontinued and will become collecter items.
Finally got around to ordering this model about a week ago just to be told it’s now discontinued as of a couple days ago. So now I’m unable to get it. This was a guitar I had been eyeing for a while. Absolute ridiculous timing.
Thank you for the video ! Question : Shecter , frets .. The guitar fret specifications , Is there a list of their 6 string electric Guitar models that have Stainless Steel Frets? Thanks.
Hey, great to see and hear this one. One question is left: does it have coil split as schecter say on their website? I don't read that in any other description...
Hello Jojo, and thanks for your question! Hope you and yours are well and safe. On review of the link to Schecter's site: www.schecterguitars.com/guitars/c-7-fr-s-silver-mountain-detail I don't see any reference to coil tap or pickup split. The additional electronics are for the Sustainiac system. Send me a link in case we're looking at different guitars and we can figure it out. @shallnotbeinfringed unlessuvotedem Yes, the guys at Schecter guitars told me. Elsewise, there would be noise issues.
26.5 is not a baritone, sorry... 27 is. I don’t make the rules, I just bend them.
cyanidejunkie
I also wouldn’t call a 7 string a baritone no matter what the scale length is. 7 strings are their own thing.
Reginald Mizer - Agreed. Baritone refers to range of the instrument, not the scale length.
Bend them like the strings
Really considering getting one. I'm a big fan of ESP and I know they own Schecter so I would expect them to have amazing quality :).
They don't own schecter....
Man that bit he's playing in the clean is really bugging me I've heard it before and I can't remember where
I see ur left handed. I’m left handed and I play on a right handed guitar fine!
