In this world you don't see who people for who they TRULY are very often and its an understatement to say its refreshing when someone is truly genuine about there flaws and its to say the least the most respectable thing you can do.

I wannabe good at what I do before I start, so that I can tell those who aren't, 'it's okay to be inadequate, you'll learn on the go'. Turns out that's what I must tell myself. Best Ted talk I've watched in a minute

I have to say that this is by far the best ted talk I have watched. It is too bad not many people have watched it.

This talk made me tear up.
We're enough as we are, not as we should be
By far the best TED talk I've ever listened to.

I'm in a "self help group" and had to watch this for assignment (maybe thats the only reason anyone is here...any way), I'm in agreement with...I actually enjoyed this and it has solid content. Didn't feel like I was being mind screwed! Please remember this recipe... Find other quality ingredients and put them into a palatable dish such as this one. Thanks

Great, thought-provoking content. Thanks for sharing. (Would have more impact without constant pacing. Very distracting I thought, and made the audio fade in and out.)

Suddenly, I found myself changing to a GG Allin video to wash the awful taste of cheap sincerity from my mouth.
