The Fantastic Four: First Steps 10. Marvel Zombies Honorable mentions to Peacemaker and Daredevil: Born Again, which I didn't rank because I've not seen the prior seasons for them but I've heard very good things.
On the daredevil subject, I am currently rewatching the Netflix series of daredevil and punisher. Anyways, ya foggy in season 3 is such a good character arc. They would have been missing something HUGE if they left out foggy. Karen is fine, but ya foggy is a standout in season 3 for me.
I am really excited for Thunderbolts*. The MCU has desperately needed a team up movie, and I can not wait to see some of the interactions between these quirky characters.
Just my top 5 is 5. Captain America 4. Superman 3. Thunderbolts 2. Fantastic Four 1. Daredevil: Born Again If we knew more about the other shows they’d probably be higher.
Here’s my list: 1. Superman 2. The Fantastic Four: First Steps 3. Daredevil: Born Again Season 1 4. Captain America: Brave New World 5. Thunderbolts* 6. Peacemaker Season 2 7. Ironheart 8. Wonder Man 9. Marvel Zombies 10. Spider-Noir 11. Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man 12. Eyes of Wakanda
Praying to the gods that you check out Invincible! Daredevil Season 4 is my #1 even though we have a ton of heavy hitters this year. So excited to see how they adapt Muse along with Punisher and Bullseye returning are so awesome. I hope they don’t let us down with the story and choreography because it was so peak in previous seasons (Season 2 not so much in terms of story).

2:11 I enjoyed the first one too. I was confused when the sequel didn't come out earlier. Let's do it I guess. In the comics Marvel Zombies crossed over with Evil Dead so I'm holding out a thin hope we get that, especially somce Burce Campbell said he'll come back to Ash only in animation now..
Comic Book Movies & TV Shows 2025 Excitement Ranking: 1. Superman (2025) 2. Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle (2025) 3. Invincible Season 3 4. Gen V Season 2 5. Peacemaker Season 2 6. Daredevil: Born Again (2025) 7. My Hero Academia Season 8 8. My Hero Academia: Vigilantes 9. Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man (2025) 10. Fantastic Four: First Steps (2025) 11. Captain America: Brave New World (2025) 12. Thunderbolts (2025) 13. Eyes of Wakanda (2025) 14. Wonder Man (2025) 15. Iron Heart (2025) 16. The Old Guard 2 (2025) 17. Marvel Zombies (2025)
Definitely most excited for Daredevil and Superman! When you were talking about Peacemaker season 2 you said “It felt like an actual TV show” and I couldnt agree more. Thats my issue with disney+ shows, they feel like a step down from other tv shows.
14. Marvel Zombies(I don't want to watch this) 13. Gen V S2(I didn't watch most of the first season) 12. Wonder Man(Marvel likes Trevor too much) 11. Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man 10. Iron Heart 9. The Old Guard 2(The first one was solid) 8. Eyes of Wakanda 7. Peacemaker S2 6. Captain America: Brave New World 5. Fantastic 4: First Steps 4. Thunderbolts 3. Invincible S3 2. Daredevil: Born Again 1. Superman
1. Superman-I trust James Gunn. I believe this movie will be great. 2. Fantastic 4 first steps-I like the cast and I just want to see these characters. It’s been so long since we’ve gotten a fantastic four movie and the last one was garbage. We need this one to be good. 3. Thunderbolts* the trailers looked surprisingly good and I like the characters 4. Invincible season 3. Amazon hasn’t missed with their comic book shows. I’m excited to see more of these characters 5. Gen V season 2. Similar to what I said about invincible season three. I really enjoyed Gen V. The characters were actually likable and relatable unlike The Boys which I still like. Also I just trust Amazon to actually commit. I don’t trust Marvel to commit with something like Daredevil Born Again. 6. Marvel Zombies. I really liked the zombies episode of What If…? and I’m curious about the R rating but I don’t trust marvel with that. 7. Peacemaker season two. I really enjoyed the first season and I’m excited for the second. 8. Friendly neighborhood Spider-Man. I’m always down for anything Spider-Man related. 9. Wonderman. Premise sounds fun. 10. Daredevil Born Again. I love the Netflix show so much. I want to be excited for the show. But honestly, I’m not getting my hopes up. Like, they’re saying it’s going to be dark, but they said the same thing about Moon Knight, Secret Invasion and Echo. I just don’t trust them anymore. I don’t think the show will be bad. I just think it will be OK. I hope I’m wrong. I really do. I want this show to be amazing and I am saying this before we have gotten a trailer so maybe after we get a trailer I’ll change my mind but as of now I’m going to be very skeptical. 11. Eyes of Wakanda. I’m definitely curious about the Wakanda law and telling it through an animated format could be interesting. 12. Iron Heart. I just don’t care enough about her character. I enjoyed her character in Wakanda forever, but not enough to watch a full show about her. 13. Captain America Brave New World. There’s been so much bad news about this movie I just don’t care.
Most Anticipated 2025 Marvel & DC Projects Ranked 1. Daredevil: Born Again 2. The Fantastic Four: First Steps 3. Superman 4. Eyes of Wakanda 5. Marvel Zombies 6. Captain America: Brave New World 7. Peacemaker S2 8. Thunderbolts* 9. Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man S1 10. Ironheart 11. Wonder Man
Even though 'Your Friendly Neighbourhood Spider-Man' seems like 'another spider-man show', it actually distinguishes itself in notable ways. 1. This series presents an alternate reality where Norman Osborn, rather than Tony Stark, mentors Peter Parker. This shift offers fresh narrative possibilities and character dynamics, setting it apart from previous iterations. 2. The show introduces characters like Nico Minoru, Amadeus Cho, and Lonnie Lincoln, who haven't been prominently featured in earlier Spider-Man animations. Their inclusion promises new interactions and storylines. 3. The series adopts a visual style inspired by Spider-Man's early comic appearances, providing a nostalgic yet fresh aesthetic that differentiates it from other animated adaptations.
My ranking: 1. Thunderbolts* 2. Superman 3. Fantastic Four: First Steps 4. Daredevil Born Again 5. Captain America Brave New World 6. Ironheart 7. Wonderman 8. Eyes of Wakanda 9. Marvels Zombies (mainly because of the cast) 10. Spider-Man
14. The Old Guard 2 13. Invincible S2 12. Peacemaker S2 11. Gen V S2 10. Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man 9. Eyes of Wakanda 8. Marvel Zombies 7. Iron Heart 6. Wonder Man 5. Captain America: Brave New World 4. Superman 3. Thunderbolts* 2. The Fantastic Four: First Steps 1. Daredevil: Born Again
Here is my ranking of how excited I am for the projects released in 2025: No Interest: 14. The Old Guard 2 I need to watch the previous seasons: 13. Gen V 12. Invincible Very little excitement: 11. Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man 10. Iron Heart Some excitement: 9. Marvel Zombies 8. Wonder Man 7. Eyes of Wakanda 6. Captain America: Brave New World Very excited: 5. Peacemaker Season 2 4. Fantastic Four: First Steps Extremely excited: 3. Thunderbolts* T1. Superman T1. Daredevil: Born Again
The Marvel Zombies show may feel completely pointless and just something to fill Disney+ but its refreshing and I respect the fact they're only doing 4 episodes rather than unnecessarily dragging it out over 6 to 9 eps again
Sean, you're a genius Daredevil is my mum's number one show of all time, the only show she ever binged and rewatched several times even though she is very busy For me, its my number one live-action show and that's saying a lot considering I prefer stuff like Mando and more SCI-FI, pg-13 content DAREDEVIL is a just dat good
Personally, I’m most hyped for Invincible Season 3. Overall I’ve yet to be disappointed by the first two seasons and this one looks like it’s only gonna get better.
I would be more excited for it, but Season 2 honestly disappointed me. The story beats and whatnot were still good, but I was not a fan of the animation. For waiting 2-3 years, for that? Quite the disappointment. Hopefully Season 3 will look better 👍
@@NinthShinigami I get those criticisms, although personally I never really had a problem with the animation. Now I’ve never read the comics myself but I’ve gone down some internet rabbit holes about the story and it seems like things are really gonna start ramping up in this season, and the trailer only further solidified that for me.
@@knyte8706 indeed they will, as someone who has read the comics. And that’s fair too, I just criticize the animation as someone who largely spends their free time watching anime and reading manga, when you see an animation style that doesn’t really stand out or impress in different ways, it taxes my enjoyment a bit, that’s why I wasn’t too high on Season 2.
1. Fantastic Four First Steps 2. Superman 3. Thunderbolts* 4. Daredevil: Born Again 5. Captain America: Brave New World 6. Iron Heart 7. Wonder Man 8. Eyes of Wakanda 9. Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man 10. Marvel Zombies
Daredevil Born Again, Superman Legacy, and Captain America 4 are the big ones for me. Captain America 4 I've heard lots of bad things behind the scenes but Man the trailers look good, the cast is great and the story seems really cool. It's one I have faith in despite all the clear signs that it probably won't be good. Superman Legacy I'm very pumped for. But it's really all about Daredevil: Born Again which I really really hope is on the same level as the original show which is one of my all time favorite shows
7:03 Also worth mentioning that director also made a highly-acclaimed movie back in 2019. Doesn’t guarantee that CABNW will be good, but why does the bad movie he worked on outweigh the good one?
1. *Daredevil Born Again* (Netflix DD seasons 1 & 3 were peak television, the trailer looks just like them) 2. *Gen V* season 2 (I adored season 1 more than most and love the Boys universe) 3. *Superman* (James Gunn doesn’t miss, phenomenal trailer) 4. *Peacemaker* season 2 (season 1 was incredibly underrated, one of the funniest shows I’ve ever watched) 5. *Invincible* season 3 (loved the first 2 seasons, excited to see more) 6. *Thunderbolts* (trailers look like a blast, no notes) 7. *Captain America: Brave New World* (great trailers but the behind the scenes issues have me worried) 8. *Fantastic Four* (great casting but no trailer or story details to get hyped about) 9. *Friendly Neighborhood Spider Man* (was more interested when it was canon but the trailers look fun) 10. *Ironheart* (I didn’t care for this show until Ryan Coogler was announced as producer) 11. *Wonder Man* (not enough known but I like who’s involved) 12. *Marvel Zombies* (What If has gotten stale and the Zombies episode was just decent) 13. *Eyes of Wakanda* (not enough is known to have any feelings on it) 14. *The Old Guard 2* (never seen the first one and have no interest in it)
Here is my list: 1) Superman - let James cook 2) Fantastic Four: First Steps - I thought the Fantastic 4 movies (aside of Fan4stic) were some of the most underrated and underappreciated Marvel films out there and it's nice to see the first family finally on screen. 3) Daredevil: Born Again - Although I've seen only one season of the show, I'm still fairly excited for this show and I can't wait to see how it holds up against the Netflix series 4) Invincible Season 3 - I absolutely love Invincible and reading the comics thanks to the ultimate collection and capodiums from my local library (on Chapter 66 btw), I can't wait for the blue suit arc of the show! 5) Captain America: Brave New World - while I'm not too big on Caps films aside of Winter Soldier, I'm pretty excited for this mainly for Red Hulk, the Leader and Giancarlo Esposito. Also, ADAMANTIUM!! 6) Gen V Season 2 - While I do like Season 1, there is some doubt in me that it would top the first one, especially with them just killing one of the characters off because of the actors death, but hey, more Boys content! 7) Thunderbolts* - Looks fun, looks emotional, has David Harbour, I'm in! 8) Wonder Man - the fact that Simon Williams not being like other superheroes but rather just an actor playing a super hero got my attention. Plus, I gotta love Yahya Abdul Mateen II, even if some of his movies aren't fantastic like Candyman 2021 9) Eyes of Wakanda - while I definitely need to see more of the show to be super excited, an anthology animated series with an Arcane-esque style that is within the timeline interests me. 10) Peacemaker Season 2 - absolutely love Season 1 but just like Eyes of Wakanda, I need to see more to get excited. 11) Marvel Zombies - the fact that they are making a 4 episode TV-MA animated show on my childhood trauma is crazy but it could work. After all, I don't hate it THAT much anymore but at the same time, why would you wanna watch your favorite superhero eat someone? 12) Ironheart - don't care much for the show but the return of practical Iron Man(ish) suits does raise an eyebrow for me 13) Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man - while it was potential to be a good show, I wish they went with the route of a prequel show rather than just another What If...? Concept into an episode. But hey, the animation looks nice and Colman Domingo is in the show and holy shit Daredevil is in it! And of course there's the woke stuff of Norman and Harry being black but hey, as long as they actually stay as their respected character that also takes some risks to make them also feel new that DOESN'T REVOLVE AROUND THEIR RACE (Velma....), then I'm fine with it. 14) The Old Guard 2 - tbh, I never heard of the Old Guard so I have no words for this one but by screenshots of the film and the cast, it looks okay I guess
Oh right SPYxFAMILY is this year too! Def excited for that, and loving Cour 2 of Blue Box rn, I’ve been so obsessed with that series I’m def reading the manga as soon as this season is over 🔥👍 (well, after I finish reading Magi and Delicious in Dungeon lol)
Did you have any doubt as to which movie was going to be #1 on his list? Of course _"Superman"_ is #1... it should be #1 on every single person's list like this!
@liloiax22 its not number 1 on my list. Daredevil Born again is, mostly because theres so much to explore after the events of the snap. Superman 2025 sounds cool but cud also fall with too much superheroes like Guy Gardner and Hawkgirl
Not a Comic Book Property Per Say But I'm watching Power Ranger Rail Riders a fan made project on UA-cam and honestly the whole Trains motif throws me off but I'm watching better more Entertaining stuff all throughout the year so I can't sulk all day
Just Daredevil is fine I think but it’s hard to say since born again hasn’t released yet. Make sure to watch the defenders show (or at least a recap) after season 2 because it’s important to season 3.
For some reason I am on the opposite end for Thunderbolts from most, and not excited for it at all. Thought it looked WAY too silly for a Thunderbolts movie.
@ but they basically shelved season 2 of peacemaker while Gunn “figured out his universe” I just don’t see how it’s fair to be so critical of one without being critical of the other. I understand Ironheart has just been sitting around waiting for release but they kind of did the same with the Batman and that worked out ok.
@@jaKobus914 they’re not the same thing. They’re just not. Sitting on a show for 3 years is a MASSIVE red flag. That’s not normal. That’s concerning. Hence my excitement dwindled. James Gunn being busy isn’t a red flag. Step back and think about how radically different the two situations are. If you want me to be excited for Iron Heart make an argument or say why the delay isn’t concerning. But using Peacemaker as a counter example doesn’t work because they’re not remotely the same thing
Do we know why Daredevil: Born Again was originally planned to have an 18-episode first season but that was later changed and now it's going to be the usual 9-episode season which is common for DisneyPlus? I think it is quite underwhelming news given the fact that Daredevil has always had 13-episode seasons and DisneyPlus shows with 9-episode seasons have been garbage (She-hulk, What If, etc).
1. Daredevil Born Again 2. Thunderbolts 3. Invincible S3 4. Superman 5. Captain America: Brave New World 6. Peacemaker S2 (If we had a full trailer this go on top of B.N.W but we dont, so it goes under) 7. Gen V S2 8. Marvel Zombies 9. Your Friendly Neighbor Spider-man 10. Fantastic Four:First Steps (I havent seen or heard anything about this movie, I know the cast and possible release but really nothing. It is a movie I would see if information or trailer comes out.) 11. Eyes of Wakanda 12. Wonderman 13. Ironheart Old Guard 2 (Never heard of 1 dont care for 2)
#5: Old Guard 2 (Have not seen the original so I have no idea what to expect) HUGE GAP #4: Captain america Brave new world #3: Thunderbolts #2: Fantastic 4 #1: Superman (Last 4 are all pretty close, exept superman which Wins by a landslide
Idk I feel like theres been too much hate about Friendly Neighborhood. Why must it be connected? Cant we just appreciate a good Spider Man show? Also, if it existed in the MCU, there would be so many constraints. Having it set outside frees up a lot more creativity I feel like but I see your point about the fact that we do get so many Spider Man shows. Art style is different tho making it more unique hopefully you'll end up watching and liking it Sean.
6:58- That's my biggest concern about _"Captain America: Brave New World"_ Why would Marvel have ever hired the director of _"The Cloverfield Paradox"_ to helm Sam Wilson's first movie as Captain America??? When I found out about that fact, I immediately got REALLY RRREEEAAALLLLLLYYY CONCERNED_ about this movie. So, does anybody else feel the same way that I do?... jw
Mine goes like this: 1. Fantastic Four: First Steps 2. Superman: Legacy 3. Daredevil Born Again 4. One Piece Live Action S2 (Probably 2025) 5. Thunderbolts* 6. Captain America: Brave New World 7. Invincible S3 8. Gen V S2 9. Wonder Man 10. Iron Heart 11. The animated Marvel TV shows that honestly haven't piqued my interest I really need to watch Peacemaker.
Hey Sean, I don’t mean to call you out with this but with the Superman movie that is coming out. Yes he’s the forefront but you do realize in that movie. There are the misfit characters. We have a Green Lantern that nobody cares about we have Hawkgirl who nobody cares about we have Mr. terrific who people really only know from the CWJames gun is gonna cook. Trust me if you seen his movie super he’s got this in the bag, he’s going to do right by Superman.
The only one that I think will for sure be good is Superman the mcu is dead so I’m no longer giving them borrowed trust though I will be pleasantly surprised if at least one of them good
there's a lot of stuff out there to watch. Sometimes I don't know something is must watch until it's too late and then I'm just behind. Well I'm pretty much always behind because there's so much stuff out there
7. Your Friendly Neighborhood Spiderman- I have yet to see a Spiderman show I don't like. When is Across the Universe part 2 coming out? 6. Captain America Brave New World- will Harrison Ford finally play a bad guy? I'm surprised with the revelations in Falcon and the Winter Soldier that Feige hasn't asked Enily Van Camp for a spinoff show yet... 5. Invincible 4. Gen V- just finished season 4 of the boys 3. Fantastic Four First Steps 2. Thunderbolts 1. Daredevil Born Again- I'm putting a lot of faith in this one despite how bad She-Hulk was. Cox didn't even seem like the same character in that travesty of a show. *Not interested in Peacemaker, they still got the animated Superman show going and just wrapped up Superman and Lois. Do we really need another Superman movie right now?
2:07 - _WTF_ is "Old Guard"? I've literally never heard of the previous movie or this one until this very moment What's it even about to begin with??? Can anybody help me out with this movie that I've never even heard of whatso-friggin'-ever! hahaha
1. Superman 2. The Fantastic Four: First Steps 3. Invincible Season 3 4. Peacemaker Season 2 5. Daredevil: Born Again (Haven't seen the Netflix show yet, but have heard great things about it) 6. Thunderbolts* 7. Wonder Man (don't know much about it but it looks interesting) 8. Cap 4 (if it is reviewed well this will jump up) 9. Marvel Zombies 10. Eyes of Wakanda 11. Ironheart
NOT IN ORDER 1-Excited for Invincible definitely! Seen every season. 2- Thunderbolts, Trailers looks good, there was a few funny trailers too.3- Fantastic 4 but nervous about it. 4- Superman excited but nervous about it( will they mess it up?) 5 Daredevil nervous because they haven't done our tv shows justice lately. Curious because I never saw the show before- Peacemaker. I saw Suicide Squad and liked the movie so maybe?
1. Fantastic Four 2. Superman 3. Captain America 4 4. Thunderbolts 5. Daredevil 6. Peacemaker 7. Invincible 8. Marvel Zombies And that's about it honestly. I'll watch a few of the others probably but no real excitement for any of them.
The Fantastic Four First Steps and Daredevil Born Again are absolutely my most hyped comic book projects of the year.
@movielover7565 you forgot SUPERMAN
If they fuck up daredevil Hell NAH. 😂😂😂 No Iron Man Doom Goofy dialogue level writing either.
Superman?
Daredevil: Born Again by far for me. Comes out two days before my 40th birthday!
That's awesome
Best bday gift!!!
Daredevil has to be a home run for Marvel. It’s my fave show of all time and if Born Again can’t keep up, it’ll be so telling of the current state of marvel

2) Daredevil born again
3) F4 First steps
4) Invincible s2
5) Thunderbolts
6) Your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man
7) Peacemaker s2
8) Brave new world
Marvel needs to get f4 right because we never got a solo f4 project which was great and this has the potential to be that plus we need a win for marvel. Born again needs to be right too
Superman is the most important film for DC and superhero genre in general next year and i hope it's great
I’m most excited for Daredevil: Born Again, Fantastic Four, and Superman. I’m really hoping that this year will be a much better year for comic book media.
2 things I really enjoy the most, Superman, and Dinos!! July is a dream month for me.
I can't wait for both.

Invincible season 3 is definitely number one for me. Both seasons have been top tier.
I’d disagree a bit just cause S2 really disappointed me with the animation, but hopefully S3 will be better. Having read the comics, it will get crazy, so maybe hopefully they just saved the budget and manpower for this season to go all out
@ meh. I didn’t mind
@@NinthShinigamiInvincible's animation has always been kind of whatever, it makes up for it by being incredible in every other aspect
Fantastic Four is number one for me. Both Kevin Fiege and Matt Shackman are FF fans and having a good adaptation on the big screen would be so, so awesome.
Daredevil Born Again is most anticipated this year no question. Also where is the trailer for it Disney?!?!
I'd also include Spider-Noir and this show call Criminal (based on the Image Comic), Criminal got Richard Jenkins, Adria Arjona, Charlie Hunnam & Emilia Clarke.
another one that I would also include is this Syfy Network show call Revival, based on an Aaron Koontz comic and supposed to have CM Punk in it
Spider-man noir is not confirmed for 2025

Honorable mentions to Peacemaker and Daredevil: Born Again, which I didn't rank because I've not seen the prior seasons for them but I've heard very good things.
If James gunn can make weird/out there characters so human shouldn’t you be more confident that James gunn can write for a character like superman
1:04 you joke now but vampire zombies would be epic😂
On the daredevil subject, I am currently rewatching the Netflix series of daredevil and punisher.

Agreed I'm definitely excited for all those projects as well.
10:44 - _I CAN'T FUCKING WAIT FOR 'PEACEMAKER' SEASON 2!!!... BC I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE FIRST SEASON WHEN IT CAME OUT A FEW YEARS BACK_
Really excited for Superman, DD, F4, Peacemaker, invincible and Gen v. Don’t care about the rest. Maybe thunderbolts.
Sean is going to love the show, Invincible
2:11 I enjoyed the first one too. I was confused when the sequel didn't come out earlier. Let's do it I guess.
In the comics Marvel Zombies crossed over with Evil Dead so I'm holding out a thin hope we get that, especially somce Burce Campbell said he'll come back to Ash only in animation now..

8. My Hero Academia: Vigilantes
9. Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man (2025)
10. Fantastic Four: First Steps (2025)
11. Captain America: Brave New World (2025)
12. Thunderbolts (2025)
13. Eyes of Wakanda (2025)
14. Wonder Man (2025)
15. Iron Heart (2025)
16. The Old Guard 2 (2025)
17. Marvel Zombies (2025)
I'm actually kind of interested in Wonder Man because the premise seems more interesting and unique than other stuff. We'll see about execution
Batman and Superman are also my 2 favorite hero’s! I lean more on the side of DC fandom but I love marvel too!!
Definitely most excited about Invincible s3. That show is heat and consistently great
Top 5
1) Superman
2) Invincible Season 3
3) Peacemaker Season 2
4) Daredevil Born Again
5) Thunderbolts
You wont regret watching invincible incredible plan and simple
For me it’s
1. Superman
2. Fantastic Four
3. Invincible
Definitely most excited for Daredevil and Superman! When you were talking about Peacemaker season 2 you said “It felt like an actual TV show” and I couldnt agree more. Thats my issue with disney+ shows, they feel like a step down from other tv shows.
14. Marvel Zombies(I don't want to watch this)
13. Gen V S2(I didn't watch most of the first season)
12. Wonder Man(Marvel likes Trevor too much)
11. Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man
10. Iron Heart
9. The Old Guard 2(The first one was solid)
8. Eyes of Wakanda
7. Peacemaker S2
6. Captain America: Brave New World
5. Fantastic 4: First Steps
4. Thunderbolts
3. Invincible S3
2. Daredevil: Born Again
1. Superman
15:35 the song is by the pixies
1. Superman-I trust James Gunn. I believe this movie will be great.
2. Fantastic 4 first steps-I like the cast and I just want to see these characters. It’s been so long since we’ve gotten a fantastic four movie and the last one was garbage. We need this one to be good.
3. Thunderbolts* the trailers looked surprisingly good and I like the characters
4. Invincible season 3. Amazon hasn’t missed with their comic book shows. I’m excited to see more of these characters
There’s a decent chance that Superman will be my favorite by the end of the year but atm I’m looking forward to fantastic 4 the most.
Petition for Sean to start pronouncing Destin Daniel Cretton's name in the correct order!😂
15:26 The celestial and adamantium stuff is in Cap 4 actually
Most Anticipated 2025 Marvel & DC Projects Ranked
1. Daredevil: Born Again
2. The Fantastic Four: First Steps
3. Superman
4. Eyes of Wakanda
5. Marvel Zombies
6. Captain America: Brave New World
7. Peacemaker S2
8. Thunderbolts*
9. Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man S1
10. Ironheart
11. Wonder Man
That's pretty much my entire list as well.
My ranking:
1. Thunderbolts*
2. Superman
3. Fantastic Four: First Steps
4. Daredevil Born Again

Very little excitement:
11. Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man
10. Iron Heart

Very excited:

Extremely excited:
3. Thunderbolts*
T1. Superman
T1. Daredevil: Born Again
The Marvel Zombies show may feel completely pointless and just something to fill Disney+ but its refreshing and I respect the fact they're only doing 4 episodes rather than unnecessarily dragging it out over 6 to 9 eps again
Superman , Daredevil, F4 , Thunderbolts, Invincible my top 5
Superman for movie daredevil for tv series
Sean, you're a genius
Daredevil is my mum's number one show of all time, the only show she ever binged and rewatched several times even though she is very busy
For me, its my number one live-action show and that's saying a lot considering I prefer stuff like Mando and more SCI-FI, pg-13 content
DAREDEVIL is a just dat good
Personally, I’m most hyped for Invincible Season 3.
I really wish Amazon hired some of the animators from Legend of Korra or Xmen 97 because Invincible is really lacking in animation budget.
@ true, although I think the animation is passable for the most part, getting to X-Men ‘97 levels of quality would be a huge step up.
1. Fantastic Four First Steps
2. Superman
3. Thunderbolts*
4. Daredevil: Born Again
5. Captain America: Brave New World
6. Iron Heart
7. Wonder Man
8. Eyes of Wakanda
9. Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man
10. Marvel Zombies
Number 1 is “invincible” for me and all the rest can land wherever
Daredevil Born Again, Superman Legacy, and Captain America 4 are the big ones for me. Captain America 4 I've heard lots of bad things behind the scenes but Man the trailers look good, the cast is great and the story seems really cool. It's one I have faith in despite all the clear signs that it probably won't be good. Superman Legacy I'm very pumped for. But it's really all about Daredevil: Born Again which I really really hope is on the same level as the original show which is one of my all time favorite shows
I am Going to Flame On! 🔥🔥🔥
THUNDERBOLTS IS MY MOST ANTICIPATED!!!
Hey Sean did you intentionally not see the leak trailer ?
7:03 Also worth mentioning that director also made a highly-acclaimed movie back in 2019. Doesn’t guarantee that CABNW will be good, but why does the bad movie he worked on outweigh the good one?
1. *Daredevil Born Again* (Netflix DD seasons 1 & 3 were peak television, the trailer looks just like them)
2. *Gen V* season 2 (I adored season 1 more than most and love the Boys universe)
3. *Superman* (James Gunn doesn’t miss, phenomenal trailer)
4. *Peacemaker* season 2 (season 1 was incredibly underrated, one of the funniest shows I’ve ever watched)
5. *Invincible* season 3 (loved the first 2 seasons, excited to see more)
6. *Thunderbolts* (trailers look like a blast, no notes)
7. *Captain America: Brave New World* (great trailers but the behind the scenes issues have me worried)
8. *Fantastic Four* (great casting but no trailer or story details to get hyped about)
9. *Friendly Neighborhood Spider Man* (was more interested when it was canon but the trailers look fun)
10. *Ironheart* (I didn’t care for this show until Ryan Coogler was announced as producer)
11. *Wonder Man* (not enough known but I like who’s involved)
12. *Marvel Zombies* (What If has gotten stale and the Zombies episode was just decent)
13. *Eyes of Wakanda* (not enough is known to have any feelings on it)
14. *The Old Guard 2* (never seen the first one and have no interest in it)
Here is my list:
1) Superman - let James cook
2) Fantastic Four: First Steps - I thought the Fantastic 4 movies (aside of Fan4stic) were some of the most underrated and underappreciated Marvel films out there and it's nice to see the first family finally on screen.
3) Daredevil: Born Again - Although I've seen only one season of the show, I'm still fairly excited for this show and I can't wait to see how it holds up against the Netflix series
4) Invincible Season 3 - I absolutely love Invincible and reading the comics thanks to the ultimate collection and capodiums from my local library (on Chapter 66 btw), I can't wait for the blue suit arc of the show!
Plus, I gotta love Yahya Abdul Mateen II, even if some of his movies aren't fantastic like Candyman 2021
9) Eyes of Wakanda - while I definitely need to see more of the show to be super excited, an anthology animated series with an Arcane-esque style that is within the timeline interests me.
12) Ironheart - don't care much for the show but the return of practical Iron Man(ish) suits does raise an eyebrow for me
13) Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man - while it was potential to be a good show, I wish they went with the route of a prequel show rather than just another What If...? Concept into an episode. But hey, the animation looks nice and Colman Domingo is in the show and holy shit Daredevil is in it! And of course there's the woke stuff of Norman and Harry being black but hey, as long as they actually stay as their respected character that also takes some risks to make them also feel new that DOESN'T REVOLVE AROUND THEIR RACE (Velma....), then I'm fine with it.
14) The Old Guard 2 - tbh, I never heard of the Old Guard so I have no words for this one but by screenshots of the film and the cast, it looks okay I guess
Films:
Demon slayer: Infinity castle, Chainsaw man: Reze arc, Omniscient reader's viewpoint, Demon city, Superman & Fantastic 4
Shows:
Spy x family S3, Solo leveling S2, Blue box S2, DanDaDan S2, The Apotocary diaries S2, Mhm S2, Alice in Borderland S3 & MhA S8
@@NinthShinigami Blue Box might be Horimiya's child. Love the series.
"Not as good as the best seasons of THE BOYS"😍😍
Did you have any doubt as to which movie was going to be #1 on his list?
Of course _"Superman"_ is #1... it should be #1 on every single person's list like this!
@liloiax22 its not number 1 on my list. Daredevil Born again is, mostly because theres so much to explore after the events of the snap.
Superman 2025 sounds cool but cud also fall with too much superheroes like Guy Gardner and Hawkgirl
Not a Comic Book Property Per Say But I'm watching Power Ranger Rail Riders a fan made project on UA-cam and honestly the whole Trains motif throws me off but I'm watching better more Entertaining stuff all throughout the year so I can't sulk all day
Sean also said Gunn is evil for including a dog in superman...
Do you think I need to watch all of Marvel Netflix to watch Daredevil: Born Again, or just watch the 3 seasons of Daredevil?
Just Daredevil is fine I think but it’s hard to say since born again hasn’t released yet. Make sure to watch the defenders show (or at least a recap) after season 2 because it’s important to season 3.
For some reason I am on the opposite end for Thunderbolts from most, and not excited for it at all. Thought it looked WAY too silly for a Thunderbolts movie.
Daredevil: Born Again by far for me. Comes out two days before my 40th birthday! Film wise, Superman.
1. Superman legacy
2. Fantastic 4
3. Thunderbolts
4. Daredevil born again
5. CA brave new world
6. Iron heart
Covert Affairs was a great show man.
How can you be ok with Peacemaker taking 4.5 years to get a second season out but not ok with Ironheart
They're not remotely the same situation. They SHOT Ironheart right around when Peacemaker aired. Iron Heart has just been sitting on a shelf.
Ironheart doesnt even sound cool as a protagonist dude
Do we know why Daredevil: Born Again was originally planned to have an 18-episode first season but that was later changed and now it's going to be the usual 9-episode season which is common for DisneyPlus? I think it is quite underwhelming news given the fact that Daredevil has always had 13-episode seasons and DisneyPlus shows with 9-episode seasons have been garbage (She-hulk, What If, etc).
Is it confirmed to have 9 episodes? I thought it was going to have somewhere in the double digits.
IT'S ZOMBIE MORBIN TIME!! 🤑🤑
Look of Harry Osborn Harriet Osborn maybe? Made me think friendly will be horrible.
I’m so excited. Look at my excitement face. 😑
1. Daredevil Born Again
2. Thunderbolts
3. Invincible S3
4. Superman
5. Captain America: Brave New World
6. Peacemaker S2 (If we had a full trailer this go on top of B.N.W but we dont, so it goes under)
7. Gen V S2
8. Marvel Zombies
9. Your Friendly Neighbor Spider-man
10. Fantastic Four:First Steps (I havent seen or heard anything about this movie, I know the cast and possible release but really nothing. It is a movie I would see if information or trailer comes out.)
11. Eyes of Wakanda
12. Wonderman
13. Ironheart
Old Guard 2 (Never heard of 1 dont care for 2)
#5: Old Guard 2
(Have not seen the original so I have no idea what to expect)
HUGE GAP
#4: Captain america Brave new world
#3: Thunderbolts
#2: Fantastic 4
#1: Superman
(Last 4 are all pretty close, exept superman which Wins by a landslide
Idk I feel like theres been too much hate about Friendly Neighborhood. Why must it be connected? Cant we just appreciate a good Spider Man show? Also, if it existed in the MCU, there would be so many constraints. Having it set outside frees up a lot more creativity I feel like but I see your point about the fact that we do get so many Spider Man shows. Art style is different tho making it more unique hopefully you'll end up watching and liking it Sean.
Yep that's exactly what most haters of the show aren't getting.
6:58- That's my biggest concern about _"Captain America: Brave New World"_
Why would Marvel have ever hired the director of _"The Cloverfield Paradox"_ to helm Sam Wilson's first movie as Captain America??? When I found out about that fact, I immediately got REALLY RRREEEAAALLLLLLYYY CONCERNED_ about this movie.
So, does anybody else feel the same way that I do?... jw
What you said about adamantium and the eternals is a cap 4 plot point not thunderbolts....
Mine goes like this:
1. Fantastic Four: First Steps
2. Superman: Legacy
3. Daredevil Born Again
4. One Piece Live Action S2 (Probably 2025)
5. Thunderbolts*
6. Captain America: Brave New World
7. Invincible S3
8. Gen V S2
9. Wonder Man
10. Iron Heart
11. The animated Marvel TV shows that honestly haven't piqued my interest
I really need to watch Peacemaker.
The only one that I think will for sure be good is Superman the mcu is dead so I’m no longer giving them borrowed trust though I will be pleasantly surprised if at least one of them good
Here's my top 5
1. Superman
2. Thunderbolts
3. Captain America 4
4. Daredevil born again
5. Fantastic Four
How on Earth has Sean not seen Invincible????
there's a lot of stuff out there to watch. Sometimes I don't know something is must watch until it's too late and then I'm just behind.
Well I'm pretty much always behind because there's so much stuff out there
1. Daredevil: Born Agaim
2. Superman
3. Invincible S3
4. Gen-V S2
5. Peacmaker S2
6. Fantastic Four: First Steps
7. Thunderbolts
8. Captain America: Brave New World
9. Eyes of Wakanda
10. Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man
11. Iron Heart
12. Marvel Zombies
13. Wonder Man
14. The Old Guard 2 (know nothing bout this🤷🏽♂️)
Marvel zombies is 4 episodes and its been on 4 years of development and filming. it better be hour long episodes.
I am really excited for Superman and Fantastic 4. Thunderbolts looks really promising ngl.
Superman looks incredible!!
Honestly the biggest thing I wanna fight you about is the keto thing 😂
5. Invincible
4. Gen V- just finished season 4 of the boys
3. Fantastic Four First Steps
2. Thunderbolts
You forgot about the dog man movie
That’s not a comic book. It’s a kids book.
2:07 - _WTF_ is "Old Guard"? I've literally never heard of the previous movie or this one until this very moment
What's it even about to begin with??? Can anybody help me out with this movie that I've never even heard of whatso-friggin'-ever! hahaha
Superman
Daredevil: Born Again
Fantastic Four: First Steps
Peacemaker Season 2
Thunderbolts/Captain America: Brave New World
1. Superman
2. The Fantastic Four: First Steps
3. Invincible Season 3
4. Peacemaker Season 2

8. Cap 4 (if it is reviewed well this will jump up)
9. Marvel Zombies
10. Eyes of Wakanda
11. Ironheart
Invincible is easily 1 for me
NOT IN ORDER 1-Excited for Invincible definitely!
Is Superman rated R?
1. Fantastic Four
2. Superman
3. Captain America 4
4. Thunderbolts
5. Daredevil
6. Peacemaker
7. Invincible
8. Marvel Zombies
And that's about it honestly. I'll watch a few of the others probably but no real excitement for any of them.
