Plot: 'The events of the game take place in the somewhat futuristic Metro City, where the player controls one of two Horned Owl Armored Mechanized Unit police officers, Hiro Utsumi or Nash Stolar, as they attempt to take down a terrorist organization known as Metalica.'
The game's title actually reads 'Horned Owl', though I feel the localized name for the USA market fits more here.
As it's always the case with Japanese releases, this one features the original Japanese audio for the FMV cutscenes and dialogue in-game. Pretty simple rail shooter, though I recommend using the lightgun controls instead of those for your gamepad, mainly because the crosshair movement seems to be somewhat slow. But hey, this was recorded via Bizhawk so it didn't matter to me lol!
This longplay features two playthroughs, mainly to show off their dialogue voices. The first one was done with Kurotu and on Very Hard setting, while the second is on Hard with Marco. You get a different ending image depending on the difficulty chosen, that is why I included the Easy and Normal ending images right after the second playthrough. As a bonus, a small showcase of Training mode is included at the end of this video. I should mention the game has very long load times, which were edited out to make them shorter.
