I love this rice cooker!!I’ll used only for cooking white rice, mixed- sweet rice and multigrain but lately I noticed after the rice is cook there’s a water at the bottom of the cooked rice and it’s soggy and wet and there’s a tendency the rice to get spoil…. This is my second unit my previous one I dont have problem I give it to my friend before we move and I bought this second one. Pls advice or help me what would I do to my rice cooker.

How do I set the clock? or timer for slow cook?
How to fix this thing, after I did a clean . The next day ,the screen no display, and not working.
In order to make crispy rice at the bottom we need to know How to set the timer to extend the time. Somebody plz explain it to me

It is good rice cooker. Like it very much and use it almost every day. However, it is a stupid design. After used a few years, we have to change its internal battery. It is no a easy job. It is stupid. Shame!
