She Clothed & Fed Thousands, and Then Death Struck...

- As a single mother, Sheri Briggs needed a bed for her young son, but no one met her need. So, Sheri started meeting the needs of others. She eventually rented a garage and filled it with donated clothing, furniture, and other essentials and made these free items available to those in need, like Sheri when her little boy needed a bed. Sheri Briggs started Bridge of Hope, which has fed, clothed, and educated thousands of people including refugees from around the world.
But, even though faithful served God by serving others at their point of greatest desperation, still, tragedy struck. Sheri's beloved son, Nathan, died in a diving accident. The body of that once little boy who needed a bed lay in a casket before his grieving mother. Why did this happen? Sheri embarked on a journey of questioning God in an attempt to answer that question. And, then God revealed to her the answer Sheri needed.
In this video Sheri shares about loss and recovery as we tour her amazing facility at Bridge of Hope in San Diego, California. You will see the modest but hugely impactful facilities used to rescue countless children and their families. Innumerable lives have been saved through the ministry of Bridge of Hope. Abused and neglected souls from around the globe attribute their ability to survive to Sheri's wonderful ministry. And, it all started with a mother seeking a bed for her little son, and it took on a whole new meaning after Sheri discovered the tenderness that was exposed in her heart when young Nathan went to Heaven, releasing a newness of purpose in his loving mother.

I can relate to her I saw a lot of white doves in the sky when my son died my sons nickname was Birdty for Bert God had showed me a glowing light on his face and chest and his eyelashes were blinking after I saw that gave me great comfort to know that my son made it to heavenGod is absolutely good

Yes ... God gave me great comfort when my 36-year-old son died God showed me his face and chest and blinking eyes glowing while he was in his casket..... I looked up the numbers in Hebrew on the day that my son died I know God gave him grace mercy and unmerited favor and the number 21 means he destroyed his demons inwhich my son had schizophrenia.... my son died 5-21-2021
Rose, I am with someone now who lost her son (died) and he had schizophrenia. Like your son, he is in Heaven today. Bless you with the joy of the Lord - your son is having a wonderful day today in Heaven.

I can relate with her I lost my son he died at 36 yers old 5-21-2021 ...... God had showed me several things when I was pregnant my ex-husband tried to suffocate me while I was pregnant and allowed an authorized Demons into the room because my ex-husband rejected his son Bert has he got 20 years old he got schizophrenia for the past six years I try to help my son found out it’s demons he was talking to I tried to fast and custom out but the demons as years went on manifested When it came to the death of my son it was an open coffin for just me God has shown me a glorious light on his face chest and his eyelashes blinking I know that my son made it to Heaven I thank Jesus every day

I lost my little daughter, Shiloh Rose, to a sudden cardiac arrest in February 2020. The pain is real but so is the comfort of the Lord. She told us beforehand that she wanted to "die and go to heaven" and "be 7 forever in heaven." I think she knew that she was being called home, felt it in her spirit. It helped so much later, knowing that it wasn't a freak occurrence and act of cruelty. She just got to go home early.
