Drilly Press I use around 65 psi. The real trick to getting consistent lines is having a good working airbrush (with a good tip and needle) and smooth flowing paint.

if you heat press it, will that make the paint stay the same color?

Heat setting definitely makes the color last longer. We press all of our shirts for 20 seconds at 390 degrees.
