This song is criminally underrated.
I met Ozzy in 1995 at Rolling Stone Records on Irving Park Rd. In Rosemont Illinois. As I stood in line I tried to come up with something not many people say. Something other than the "you rock," or "you're the best.". I got up to him, gave him an Ozzy boot to sign and I say, "God bless YOU Ozzy!". I said it cuz he is always blessing people in his shows. He stops signing, looks up from his glasses and says "Thanks, thanks alot man!". Love you Ozzy! You are an awesome soul! Have always wanted to take a photo of him and I but never was able to.

Cool! I was there! Late night signing after his concert at the Aragon Ballroom! He had Geezer with him . I had some Ozzmosis record promo posters I gave out to all my friends that went and he and Geezer signed them . I still have mine on display on my bedroom dresser , had it laminated some years back . LOL
I met him back in 2008 and he was hammered but he agreed to a picture with me! As some lady that worked for him held up the camera i began to say to him "can i put my arm around you?" And before I could finish i felt two hands around my neck choking me. That's the story of how I have a picture of me purple faced but smiling ear to ear as ozzy choked me looking crazy. Lifelong fan here he seems like he might finally be out of the game but God bless him.

I can't enjoy his early works from the 80s and 90s. It's as if the drugs wrote the songs and he is just struggling to write at least one decent song. But on everything from Black Rain onwards he really improved.

Besides the dark image he tries to share about him and the prince of darkness thing, Ozzy has the best cheer up lyrics. Underated and missunderstood, take a minute to read them and you'll know that its true.

I always said the same thing. People who say that Ozzy is devil music, have never listened to Ozzy. His lyrics are always uplifting and profound. The "Prince of Darkness" stuff is just for the circus show.

Been fighting a severe depression for the past couple of years now. Several times i've been on the edge of ending it all but tought of what it would do to my family and closes ones has kept me from going trough with it. For the past few months i've been captive to my bed since this pandemic took my incomes and i had a rough divorce, it's crippled me completely. I've allways listened to Ozzy, but haven't really took more notice of the lyrics or Ozzys life. Now for the few past weeks i've read about Ozzy and watched tens or hundreds of videos. Today for the first time in weeks i went out and actually for a jog. Listening to Ozzy.
