Great Video, Doug Kurtz and the DM team kick ass, I did split tank install after my First intercooler cracked on my 18, but I just channel locked both hoses under the stock overflow and did the swap it sucked but never loss more that a cup of coolant and prevented all the bleeding steps and removing heat shields and so on, Again it sucked but it is doable by my way, less steps. Does this tank have flanges that would allow the use of a coolant burping funnel system making the tanks the highest part of the system? unfortunately I have been unable to find an thread adapter that works for the plastic tank
@@utvoutlaws6652 I bought this awhile back and never got around to installing it, how did yours hold up? only thing I would improve on the design is the back side there was no support holding the tanks together and they seem kinda flimsy on the back side.

So the tank has a smaller automotive style radiator cap that you would see on like an import car so I think it would do what you want
